Chapter 12: Misunderstanding

Xander's POV

I was shocked when Tianna ran away. What the hell happened? I looked at Kylie. She stood frozen.

"Why did she ran away?", I asked her. Kylie looked at me and she tilted her head a bit.

"I don't know", she answered.

Like, what's wrong putting bandage in my face? Kylie just apply some bandage in my face because my wound starts to bleed, and Tianna walk in, and next thing I knew is she is ranning away.

"Kakausapin ko siya. Dito ka lang Xander", I nodded at her. She walked away, leaving me behind.

I slowly stood up in my bed. I headed in the window and I swipe the curtains. In there, I had a clear view of Silver Academy. I saw a girl and a boy sitting in a bench under the wood nymphs tree. The boy is holding the girl's hand, while the girl is resting her head in the boy's shoulder.

They are sweet. I know. I sighed and walk back to my sick bed.

When do I get to hold your hand?

I wave my hand and snow appears in my palm.

"Locket", I murmured. The snow started to reform and a white locket appear in my hand. I opened the locket and I was surprised when I saw what was inside it.

A very old picture.

I don't know why and how it happened. There are four teens in there. There are two girls, and two boys. There is a boy wearing jeans and a simple tshirt while holding a celestial bronze sword. The other boy is wearing a jogging pants and a varsity jacket while holding a sword with two edges.

The two girls are short. The first girl has short bobby hair with violet high lights. She is wearing a sweatshirt and jeans. She is holding two knives. The other girl is very weird- for she is very different from her accompanies.

She is very frail looking. Like if you have touched her, she will break down to pieces. She is wearing a long dress and her hair is untidy. She cannot be seen wearing any daggers like the three. But she is wearing a necklace.

The same necklace that I was holding right now.

I rubbed the necklace and white smoke came out. I closed my eyes because of the effect it gave in my eyes. I slowly opened it-and I was surprised when I sww the four people in front of me.

"W-where are we?", asked the girl with a bobby hair. Then her gaze averted to mine. "Who are you?"

"I-i think we traveled into another p-portkey a-again", said the frail looking girl.

"Another mistake Hani?", asked the boy who is holding the sword. "Another stupid mistake?"

"Oh. You are always been like that. Huh I don't understand why Nyle let you come in our quest", the bobby haired girl rolled her eyes.

"Oh shut up Courtney", the boy wearing a varsity jacket spoke.

"Why would I? You're not the boss of me", the girl replied. The frail looking one sighed. Seems like she was very disappointed in what's happening.

"Can both of you just silent up? We are in an unknown place with that mysterious guy over there", the boy wearing a sword pointed a finger towards my direction.

"Who are you?", the frail looking girl asked.

I just blinked my eye at them. They are persons coming from a locket.
