Little Humming bird
-By Sophia Cac
Little Humming bird,
Have you been humming to him again?
As you see watch them climb the walls with desperation, what is there to gain?
Where did those shadow come from, you ask?
We can never tell, that's the fact.
You watch them fall, shattered pieces crumbling into the ground
They keep holding on something that's not even there,
It pretty sad to look at, and no one speaks about, never had one dared.
I heard you sing, wishing he'd will come back
Knowing he wont, you wished neither one of you had barked.
Where have you been?
Making yourself think it's a accident
Loving him infinite
Wishing you never said anything.
Partying all night
Making your own foolishness.
Thinking things will change
But you love him
Trying to cover the bruises
So no one notice a thing
Mindlessly lost in your own thoughts
Yet those fantasies are aware and running
Taking another chance
But still needing him like a heartbeat
Loving him with a fire colored blue
Knowing it's too late, knowing the fact it turns red.
