Okay?
- by Sophia Cac
Where have you been, my dear?
I could have sworn you just disappear.
Yet, with you still gone, my love still remain.
With the thought of you, I am in vain,
for I swore that I'll move on
yet my heart still holds on
to the vows we had back then.
When we were happy as we gain
the love we have for each other,
saying that "There would be no another,".
I gotta admit, I still hope...
But the temptation hangs with the rope.
Everything plays inside my head, a dream called nightmare...
Even I plead, no one would care!
I just wish I had a life
but it turns out to be a knife.
Ready to stab the deer,
but I understand, dear.
Death is not what I fear,
only the dreams we had in the first place,
but it seem that I'm the only one who've done the chase.
You said you had my back,
but it seems support is what I lack.
I promise not to hide,
I will be by your side.
Only if you were here,
ready to hear
the rhythm I have
like the one I gave
before you left for the world.
Tell me if you hear these word,
okay?
