A Letter for a Friend
- by Sophia Cac
A sister, who I was never related,
A girl, who never needed advise,
A friend who I never want to leave behind.
It's funny how everything changed ---
Changed into something that I didn't want.
Just for the better.
Better than us.
Whenever I see you so happy,
I'm sure you're doing fine without me.
Have you notice,
I miss each moment I had with you,
but it seem that you're having a moment,
without your good old friend.
Ending the friendship with sadness
Now it increasing the laughter.
I've change course,
But I wanted to say thank you.
Thank you for your efforts --- Yes I do notice them.
I appreciate them.
I'm sure big guy is with you,
Guiding you --- Loving you.
I wanted to say ---
I wanted you to know that this world needs more people like you.
For that, I recognize you.
Cheering for you as I stand afar from you.
