         The girls' shoes sunk into the high, soft, green grass as they ran.

They could see the end of the Forbidden Forest. Instead of trees and bushes, they could see flat land.

The girls couldn't wait to leave.

They wanted to know what was on the other side. What secrets have been kept from them all their lives?

The girls stepped out of the woods and halted, looking around. The fumbled for each other's hand and gripped them tightly as their eyes took everything in.

In front of them, was probably the most vivid, exquisite place you could ever see.

The grass was a bright, cheery green with many flowers coming up almost as much as the grass. You had red roses, yellow daisies, pink tulips, indigo bellflowers— you name it. The sun was rising, so they sky was gaining some colors.

There were big, ominous caves scattered around the clearing, and two large castles off in the distance: one to the far right, the other to the far left.

"I can't believe this is what they've been hiding from us!" Mariana hissed. "This is beautiful! Well, except the caves. They're kinda creepy."

"Tell me about it." Taylor whispered back, squeezing Mariana's hand. "Where to now?"

"Uh... Hold up." Mariana answered, sliding her phone from her back pocket. She opened it and saw she had 15% battery left. "Uh, it says she's right in front of us," Mariana informed Taylor.

"What? She can't be in front of us! We're right—!" Taylor cut herself short and walked forward suddenly.

"Tay?"

Taylor ignored Mariana and crouched down. She rose again, and in her hand, was Scarlett's phone.

"You're kidding me!" Mariana groaned.

Taylor shook her head, sliding the phone into her backpack. "I wish. Let's just go straight. That's were the phone was. Plus, these caves seriously give me the creeps."

Mariana smiled and chuckled. "Ditto."

Hand in hand, the girls walked forward, knowing that with each step they took, they came closer and closer to finding Scarlett.
