Chapter 1

Abby's POV
Me and my family just moved to New Jersey because of my dads job. I have a twin sister named Payton we are both 16.
It's November and we have our first day at our new school. Payton is the athletic and popular girl. But me on the other hand I am quiet and non-popular. I'm that girl who hadn't ever had a boyfriend or her first kiss. While my sister on the other hand isn't a virgin.
"Come on Abby wake up" Payton said shaking me.
"Okay I'm up" I said sitting up.
I looked at the clock which said 6:45.
"Holy shit I'm going to be late" I said getting out of bed and ran to my closet.
"I'm running to school it's not that far and I need to get in shape for indoor track" Payton said before leaving
I quickly changed into a black top with a green jacket and red pants. I ran downstairs and grabbed my backpack and penny board and headed to school.
I made it to school at 7:10. I ran to the office to get my schedule.
I got my schedule and headed to first period.
"Hey sis" I heard Payton say to me when I entered the room.
I looked over and saw her talking with 2 boys, of course.
"hey" I said walking up to them. The boys had their backs turned to me but they turned around when they heard me.
They were twins. Very attractive twins.
"So this is my twins sister Abby" Payton said pointing to me.
"No way you are a twin, like us" one of the boys said. "I'm Ethan" the same boy said
"And I'm Grayson" the other boy said with a cute smile.
"Abby why are you still carrying your skateboard" Payton said
"It's not a skateboard it's a penny board" I said loudly. She always does that to make me mad.
"Whatever sis" she said and sat down in a seat. I chose to sit in the back of the room. I didn't want to deal with anyone right now. Since the teacher wasn't in the room yet I put on my beats and put my head on desk.
A few minutes later I felt someone tap on my shoulder.
I looked up and saw one of the twins from earlier standing next to my desk.
"Can I help you" I said rudely as I was taking off my beats.
"Hey you don't need to be rude. I just thought you could use some company" he said
"Why would a guy like you want to talk to me" I said with a shocked look on my face.
"Because you seem nice and my brother is flirting with your twin and I really don't want to be a third wheel" he said sitting down in the desk next to me. "Oh okay. Wait which twin are you?" I asked.
"I'm Grayson. You can tell me and Ethan apart because I have a mole on my chin and he has one on his cheek" he said pointing to his chin.
"Oh okay. Sorry about that" I said
"It's fine it happens all the time....So tell me about yourself I don't know much about you" he said turning to face me.
"Well I'm the quiet twin. I'm not popular like Payton. Umm what else do you want to know?" I asked
"What do you like to do in your free time?" He asked
"Skateboard and penny board mostly" I said
"Thanks cool. I like to skateboard. We should go to the skatepark sometime" he said
"Yeah maybe.....so that's basically it" I said as I put back on my beats
"Wait can I have your number" he asked taking out his phone
"Umm I guess" I said as I took off my beats again. I entered my number in his phone and handed it back to him.
"Shit" he said quietly
"What" I said looking over at him.
"My girlfriends here" he said and stood up. He walked away from me as fast as he could.
Just then the teacher walked in.
"Sorry I'm late class my car wouldn't start this morning" he said running in.
"Why are you sitting in the back of the room" Payton texted
"Because I really don't want to deal with your new friends" I texted back.
"Come on they aren't that bad. Now you can date one and I can date the other!!!" She texted and looked back at me.
"Hell no I don't want anything to do with fuckboys" I texted
"Come on Abby not every boy I hangout with is a fuckboy you just have to give them a chance" she texted
"Honestly I don't care" was the last thing I texted
"Yes you do I could see the way you looked at him. You like him" she texted. I looked at the message but didn't reply.
---------lunch time--------
Grayson's POV
It was lunch time and I was walking down with my girlfriend Rachel. I couldn't get Abby out of my head.
We sat at our usual table. With Ethan and all our friends.
"Hey bro can Payton sit with us" Ethan asked when he reached the table.
"Umm I guess" I said moving over.
"Hey Payton where's your sister?" I asked
"Umm I think she's sitting over there somewhere" she said pointing across the cafeteria.
"Oh so now your talking to another hoe" Rachel said
"Shut up Rachel I'm just friends with her and she's not a hoe so back off" I said and walked way. I don't even like Rachel anymore but every time I try to break up with her it doesn't work.
I walked across the cafeteria and saw Abby sitting at a table by herself.
"Hey is anyone sitting her" I said as I walked up to the table.
"Is that supposed to be some type of insult" she said
"No I want to sit here is that okay" I said sitting down anyway. Abby was a tough girl. She's definitely going to be hard to get but I'm willing to fight for her.
She didn't say anything she just put on her beats.
"What's your problem. I feel like you hate me" I said pulling off her beats.
"What's my problem. I don't have a problem. I'm just not into fuckboys is all" she snapped
"I'm not a fuckboy okay. First off I'm still a virgin second I've only dated one other girl, and I'm not like the rest of the boys" I said snapping back.
"I honestly don't believe a single word you just said" she said
"You know what. I was actually starting to like you but clearly you don't even want to be friends" I said loudly.
"I couldn't care less" she said and put her beats back on
"Whatever" I said and walked away.
I know all she needs is a little bit of fun to realize that she was wrong about me.
"What did you say to my sister" Payton said when I came back to the table.
"Nothing I was just being nice and she lashed out on me" I said sitting down
"Well I will go talk to her about" she said getting up from the table.
"Great going gray now my girlfriend has to deal with drama" Ethan yelled
"Girlfriend? You just met her 3 hours ago" I yelled back.
"So why should you care" he said getting up from the table as well.
Great it looks like everyone hates me now and I didn't even do anything
