The New Girl And The Bad Boy

Chapter 3- Confessions

"What is going on here?"  Tori says. Me and Toby look at each other but jump as far away from each other as possible.

"Um.. Nothing we were just-"

"I was just taking a walk and I discovered princess over here so I came and asked if she was okay" man he's a good liar. Of course he is stupid he's a bad boy

"Sure seemed like it" Tori says sarcastically while smiling. "Well, let's skip the dance Tori, we can do whatever you want as long as it's far away from school" I say and she nods

"I have the perfect place!" She says while dragging me and I send the guys a small smile before practically having my arm torn off.

The walk was really silent, I am not sure if it's an awkward silence or just regular silence. She took me to a club. Wow

"Let's go get drunk!" She says and I decline. "I'm good, you have fun though" I say and she shakes her head

"Look, I know the day that you've had, I saw the video and whatever your afraid of, it's going to be okay. And now this stuff with Toby, you need the drinks" she says and I nod

"Your right, the past is past. Let's do this" I say and she smiles. We take shots after shots and I think we are tipsy.

"Hey look, that guy looks like a giraffe" she says while pointing to a guy that's looking at us. "That's not nice Tori" I say and she goes into a laughing fit and the guy along with his friends come over.

"Hey ladies, can we buy you a drink?" He says and I roll my eyes

"No thanks-" I am cut off by Tori

"Of course!" She says and I shake my head. "No Tori, we were just leaving" I say while grabbing her arm but she pulls away

"Come on, the lady says she doesn't want to leave" giraffe boy says

"Well that's too bad now isn't it?" I say and he smirks and grabs me but I fight him Until he is down, and I see Toby in the corner of my eye. I take Tori and run because we don't want those guys following us.

"That was a nice move you pulled there. Didn't know you had a dark side" Toby says while smirking

"There's many things you don't know about me" I say and he chuckles

"Anyways where's Ty?" I say and he smirks. "Let's just say he went home with a lady"

"What? Oh Tyler Theodore Hunter you are in so much trouble" I mumble and they laugh. "What's so funny?"

"His middle name is Theodore tee hee" Tori says while hysterically laughing and Toby rolls his eyes. "Let's get you home Tor" I say and she starts hysterically laughing

We just got back to the house and Tori is still hysterically laughing and me and Toby are trying to shut her up.

Toby helps me pull her upstairs and I tuck her in. "Goodnight Tor, love you" I whisper because she is out cold. I tip toe out of her room only to come face to face with Toby.

"Well I should get going" I say and he stops me

"That was really generous of you to help her like that. I've never seen someone fight like that, well besides me of course" he says and I roll my eyes

"I've had years of practice" I say and there is a look of curiosity in his eyes

"How come?" He asks, I knew it was coming. "Do you want to sit down? We can talk about it on the couch" I say and we sit.

"Well, when I was 10 my father was mugged when I was with him. I couldn't escape the mans hold but my father saved me. He yelled at me to run away and that is exactly what I did. I got away but he wasn't that lucky. So my mom signed me up for self defense classes and I have been fighting ever since" I say and there is a look of pity in his eyes

"What ever happened to the other guy?"

"Well, he got away but it turns out that he commuted the same crime and they got him. So they asked if I could identify him. Ever since then, I turned bad. I isolated my self from the world, and talked back to my mum and teachers, I even stopped talking to Ty and we used to tell each other everything. The video you saw was of me last year. Everyone called me wild thing back home because I did anything. I drank, smoked, you name it. I was really bad until Ty showed me the video of myself at Taft party and I immediately knew that I had to get my act together. So I sobered up and started socializing again. Me and Ty are closer than ever now" I say and he has a half smile and half frown

"What's wrong?" I say while putting a hand on his shoulder and he sighs

"Our Dads gone too. Tori doesn't talk about it because she was really young. But my dad was cheating on my mom and one day, I caught him sticking his tongue down some red heads throat. She saw me and she pushed him off. I ran back to my room and I heard them fighting. Next thing I know, there was a loud bang and I ran out of my room to see that my dad was at the bottom of the stairs. And the slut ran away never to be seen again" he says and I hug him

"I'm so sorry" I say and he nods. "It's okay" he says while looking me in the eyes. Wow, I never noticed how genuinely beautiful his eyes are. They are a light blue color. He leans in and I think he's about to kiss me until I start talking.

"I think I should get going, tell Tori that her and the guys can come over tomorrow afternoon" I say while getting up and he grabs my arm

"You can stay in the guest room if you want. I mean we wouldn't want you walking in the rain" he says and I smile

"Alright, well goodnight" I say and he gives me a hug. "Goodnight princess"

"Stop calling me that!"

"Never" he says as he walks into his room and I walk into the guest room. I plop on the bed and stare up at the ceiling.
Oh my god, he almost kissed me!

Toby's POV

I walk into my room and lay down on my bed ready to go to sleep. But I can't sleep because one thought is going through my mind. I almost kissed her.

I mean of course I like her. I have liked her ever since we danced together that first day in class. She danced with such a flirty passion. The way her brown hair moves when she laughs and her smile, her smile is like the bright light of the moon.

I love her personality, her passion about life and the way that she sees the bigger picture in everything. Of course I really like her, but I will never admit that for a while at least.
