"What is it?" Adam, Nick and Toby ask and I gulp.
"Ty's coming back" I manage to squeak out and Toby looks pissed
"Your staying with us, I am not letting that monster near you" Toby says and Nick rolls his eyes
"Oh really Nick? You can roll your eyes all you want. You don't have to be a part of this or my friend for that matter" Toby says and he nods and gets up and walks over to Hadley
"I can't believe he did that!" Tori shouts and Adam chuckles
"Your funny when your mad" he says and she pouts "Am not!"
"Yes you are Tor" me and Toby say in unison and she laughs.
"Anyways back to the subject-" Toby says but I interrupt him
"I can handle my brother Toby" I say and he shakes his head. "I don't care if you can or can't, you are not staying in that house with him!" Toby shouts and Tori interrupts "He's right. Your in danger when your around him and we will not let you get hurt again"
"Fine! I stay with you guys until he leaves" I say while crossing my arms like a five year old
"Wait... If Ty is coming back, does that mean that your grandmother passed?" Adam asks and I shake my head. "No, she's still laying in a hospital bed slowly dying everyday. In a way, I wish she could pass on so she would stop suffering" I say and Adam puts his hand on mine
"It's going to be okay" he says and I nod. Toby clears his throat and me and Adam pull away. After a few minutes of awkward silence, The bell rings
"Okay, well ask your mom if I can stay and then text me and I'll be over as soon as I can if she says yes" I say while giving Tori and Adam a hug and Toby a kiss.

I just got a text from Tori saying that their mom said that everything is okay for me to stay for a little while. I already packed my stuff so I head down stairs only to see Ty at the doorstep.
"Hey sis"
"What the hell are you doing home Ty?" I spit and he pouts
"You mean your not happy to see me?" He says and I scoff. "Psh yeah right"I say and just in time mum walks through the kitchen into the living room.
"Ty, it's so nice for you to be back" she says while hugging him. "Mum, what the hell is he doing here?" I say and she smiles
"Ty is coming home for good. He has proven that he has changed" she says and my blood boils
"Mum, this is the guy who hit me, threatened me and pushed me down the stairs!" I shout with tears threatening to leave my eyes but I refuse to cry over this
"Well that's to bad he has clearly changed. What's with all of the bags?" She asks and I smile
"I am staying with Tori and Toby until this bastard is gone" I spit and she looks mad. "Oh no your certainly not! Your brother is home and your going to spend time with him" she shouts and I roll my eyes
"Over my dead body will I ever forgive him for what he did"I shout back
"You will not leave this house Avery Grace Hunter" she shouts, anger clearly rising in her voice.
