Anyways, here it is.... unedited, as usual...

Emily was in the guest room, which was two doors down mine. We decided that it was best to just keep her here and make her stay. She had no clothes or anything. That made me wonder about her parents.
How could they be so mean that they actually kicked their child out? Without even thinking of what she was gonna do in the streets.
Emily was Brooke's girlfriend. She began dating him the exact same time I began suspecting him. I warned her when I found out about him. She refused to believe me. Guess being smitten by someone you love makes you sort of close your eyes to things you don't want to see about your loved one.
Emily was the 'popular' type in school. She was the head cheerleader, had numerous followers, and she was sorta like Kenita. Except, she wasn't mean. Or rude to minorities. She just minded her damn own business and that was it.
But a month ago, she was no longer a cheerleader and that got Kenita in the head position. She no longer had her friends and she sorta drowned to the last person on the food chain. I never paid attention until now about that.
Now that I think about it, it makes so much sense.
Brooke dumped her. Even though he doesn't do to our school, it is a pretty big thing. It must have been a drastic change on her if it affected her this much.
I knocked on Emily's door aka guest room door. 'C'mon in.' I heard a faint voice.
'I bought some clothes.' I said, indicating a pile on my hands which was a mix of Mom's and mine. We both had the same size almost. Almost.
She smiled painfully. 'I'm so sorry for ev-'
'It doesn't matter anymore.' I cut her, smiling. 'We were friends before and we can do that again.'
That was partially true. We shared some classes and were friends. Like we had some mutual friends and we knew each other through them.
Her smile fell and she sat on the double bed slowly. 'I feel like a bitch.'
I rolled my eyes at that. 'It's fine. You know what? Let's forget it all. Just initiate a new way, kay? Today I will come with you guys to the hospital.' I sat down next to her.
She smiled again. 'I guess I will take a shower now. I pretty much stink.'
I nodded as she got up and took some clothes and a towel. As she began walking towards the bathroom, I decided to ask something. 'Emily, why...why did your parents do that to you?'
