I kept my eyes locked on the floor, my body tense and my mind pondering. I didn't know what Jacob was planning on doing. With his quirky, eccentric self, who knows what it will be. You don't know what to expect from him.

The huge living room gradually began to grow darker as the sun was setting and night time was falling upon us. I heard an abrupt click sound, and dim light immediately filled the whole entire living room. I heard Jacob softly sigh and say, "That's better."

I could feel him looking at me as I was nonmovable at the moment, still nervously looking at the beige carpet of the floor. I heard him softly laugh a little before he grabbed the bowl of strawberries and the can of whip cream from the coffee table. From my peripheral vision I saw him place both of them in the space between us on the couch.

Awkward silence filled the air. The whole house was quiet. "What's wrong, Chresanto?" Jacob asked, his voice sending chills through my body.

I stayed silent. What is wrong with me? I've been trying to figure that out for two straight days now. What is wrong with me? I desperately needed an answer.

"I...I don't know," I answered him honestly, sounding softer than usual.

"Look at me," I heard Jacob say with his voice as soft as mine. I didn't want to, but I forced my head to turn and I looked at him. Big mistake.

With the light of the lamp dimming the room, it had made Jacob's big brown eyes look even more mesmerizing and soothing than ever. They mentally made me melt inside.

I gulped as my body tensed up more when he gently grasped both of his hands around my slightly shaky right hand. I froze. My face began to warm up. Oh no...

"There's no need to be nervous, Chres," he told me with a reassuring smile. That made me feel a little better.

I smiled at him and nodded. "I guess you're right." I said.

He smiled again and looked down at the blue bowl half full of strawberries. Still holding my hand with his left hand, he lifted his right hand and took one of the red fruits from the bowl before bringing it to his mouth. He slowly chewed on the treat with closed eyes in a seductive manner. My body burned like fire as I watched him. I'll admit that, this was the most sexiest thing I've ever witnessed.

The half Mexican, half African American looked over at me through half-closed eyes when he swallowed. I gazed at him in utter amazement from his actions.

He smirked intentionally and took another strawberry, hovering the can of whip cream over it. "Want some?" he asked.

I nodded slowly, keeping my eyes locked on him. He sprayed some whip cream on the single fruit and began to bring it to my mouth. I wetted my lips before he could, but instead he purposely missed the entrance of my mouth, sending a little whip cream on the corner of my bottom lip.

We both laughed. "My bad," said Jacob playfully between laughs. He leaned forward and licked the stray cream from my face and smiled. "Let's try this again shall we." he insisted, making me chuckle.

When he plopped the strawberry into my mouth, I impersonated the seductive way Jacob ate his, but I did it slower, savoring its taste. Jacob watched me attentively, portraying the same look I had on my face recently. After I was done I slowly licked my lips and bit my lower lip, just to see what his reaction would be. His eyes twinkled as he melted.

I remained biting on my lower lip as I chuckled lowly. My stomach did flip-flops. His eyes were locked into mine. This had reminded me of the first time he sat next to me in Chemistry class. I took in every little detail of his face and couldn't help but think how perfect it was. He must be from another planet, I'm telling you.
