As we got to the gates the house behind them look beauitful almost like a casetl. "Ok well here we go; now remember do not take that off if you do there think that they can drink your blood." I shook my head yes then got out of the car. Eric came to my side and guided me to where the party was at I was so scared I didn't know what I was going to see. The inside was just as beautiful as the outside. There were pictures on all the walls I'm guessing of the family. When we got to the ball room there was a lot of people there.
A tall red head girl walks up to us "Hey Eric you look great so what do you say about a dance?" I'm guessing she's his girlfriend. I'm not sure. "Hey Lily sorry but I cant I am here with my girlfriend Lexie this is Lily" Wait what did he say...his girlfriend. After a few moments of silence she ended up walking away "Um...ok well then guess I'll see you later. I looked at Eric mad and confused "What the hell was that all about?"
"She's an ex girlfriend of my and she wont leave me alone sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable." i knew he was sorry i would've done the same thing if i was in place. "Its fine just that next time give me a heads up of what my role is." We both smile and continuing to walk in the ball room. We made to the end where his parents were at sitting at a large table.
"Hey dad...mom" I'm guuessing him and his mom dont really get along. "So son who is this lovely young lady on your arm?" my cheeks felt warm so i know i was starting to blash. "This is an old friend from school Lexie" I gave my hand to them both to shake. "Hello thank you having me here you have a beauitful home" "Its not a problem and thank you."
"Ok well I'm gonna go show her around just in case, also dad reminding you she is human and isn't food." We walked away from them "Lexie would you like to dance?" My eyes light up the last time I danced was when i was with my family at a party. "Yes I would love to but I'm not that good" he smiled at me "Don't worried" he walked me to the middle of the dance floor. I was so scared I wasn't sure of what I was going to do and try not to embaress him or I.
"Don't look down at your feet that will just mess you" he said with a smirk. At first it was hard not to look at my feet every time I did Eric would grab my chin. "An easier way to not look at your feet is to look at me" I know his just trying to help me just that i was scared. From all the vampire movies i watch the vampire can control the girl right when she looks into his eyes which i wanted to do. So i tried not to look in his eyes but it was so hard to do.
By the time the song was over Eric had lean over by my ear and whisperd "told you, you can do it" and kissed my check. I knew that i was starting to blush when he looked at me with those blue pool eyes of his. When we started to walk towards our sits ihis mom starts to walk to us. "So what is this I hear that you and Lexie are together?" Get Lily had told them that, now I'm thinking that there going to drink my blood tonight. "Yeah I told that to Lily so she can stop thinking that we're together when we're not mom" Look on her face went sad I'm not sure that he even noticed it.
After a few more dance's Eric looks at me and can tell that i"m starting to get tired. "Ok I think its time to go home" I nod my head "Are we going to let you parents know that we're leaving?" Eric nod his head and we went to go look for his parents. They were in the livingroom area talking to Lily and Josh. "Hey mom Lexie and I are gonna have to call it night but thankyou." Without saying anything to Lily We walked out of the house and over to the car. The car ride home was very quite other then the radio playing. When we were half way home Eric grabbed my hand and kissed it I knew that I was starting to like him I just wasn't so sure if he liked me the same way.
When we got back I was tired all I wanted to do was go to bed and sleep. I didn"t even want to change out of the dress I am wearing. But I did I took a shower to wash out all of the hair product out and to relax my body. The hot water felt really nice and woke me up a little bit, when I was done washing my hair I turned off the water and grabbed the fluffy deep blue towle and wrapped it around myself. I then noticed that i didnt bring anything with me to change into. I opened the bathroom dorr just enough for me to poke my head out.
I saw a baggie shirt and some shorts on the bed I guess Eric had brough them for me to wear for bed. Once when i had them on i went to look around the house since I was more a wake now. In one of the rooms up stairs i found a libary it was really big. I stayed in the room and though that maybe if i read something it might help me go to sleep.
So I went to the couch after I grabbed a book to help me sleep. Started reading then the next thing I know I am sound a sleep. I feel a pair of arms moving me I just dont know they belong to. The next thing I know I feel something soft.
