Chapter 14

Sharna's P.O.V

Dinner was really good, in all honesty it felt so good to be back, like I was meant to be there and now I finally was everything was perfect again. When we had all finished me and dad took our leave, just as we were walking down their driveway I heard my name be shouted out, I turned to see Conor quickly hurrying to me. His arms instantly enveloped me in a hug, I hugged him back laughing slightly.

"whats up Con?"

We pulled away but he kept his hands rested on my waist

"fancy going to the fair tomorrow?"

I paused before remembering Tom, I raised my eyebrow and he shook his head

"as mates, you said we're friends and friends go to the fair right?"

I laughed slightly before nodding, we did have a pretty good time last time, hell scratch that we had an amazing time. The smile grew on his face

"great, i'll knock on you about 9ish, wanna get there early again"

I laughed and nodded before we had one more quick hug and left, dad had already gone inside and Thorn was waiting for me by the door. I rushed inside and up to my room, I quickly got changed into some of my old pajamas before climbing into bed, I snuggled down and smiled, this place was home.

I felt Thorn jump up on the bed and I smiled before letting him get comfy on his side of the bed and closing my eyes, drifting off to sleep.

I was awoke to someone walking around in my room, making a fair bit of noise, I grumbled and slowly opened my eyes and looked up to see Conor flicking through my wardrobe

"Conor, what the hell are you doing?"

He turned to face me, a huge smile plastered on his face

"i came to pick you up but your dad said you were still in bed and that I had permission to wake you up so I came upstairs"

I was confused but nodded as I sat up slowly

"and why didnt you wake me up?"

"your cute when your sleeping"

I blushed slightly and looked down, he continued flicking through my clothes before getting out a pair of short-shorts and a strapless top, I raised my eyebrow at him and he shrugged slightly, a cheeky smirk on his face

"dont worry I wont hit on you, we're meeting a few mates there so its not going to be just us all day"

I nodded slightly, for some reason I felt a little upset that it wasnt going to be just me and him but I was happy to meet his mates.

"ok, who are we meeting?"

"well theres Jack, Erin and a few youtubers we know, you might have heard of them, theres Jack and Finn from Jacksgap and Alfie from PointlessBlog and Casper from.. shit I forgot his name"

I laughed and nodded but shrugged as I hadnt heard of them before but I loved the name Finn.

I got out of bed and grabbed the clothes from Conor and chucked them on my bed, I began pushing him out of the room

"oh c'mon its not like i'm some kind of pervert"

I laughed and shut the door before getting changed, I walked out and looked down to see Conor and Thorn playing around but Conor was actually acting like a dog and Thorn was playing along. I gave him a confused look before heading into the bathroom and brushing my teeth and washing my face.
