Chapter 11

Sharna's P.O.V

I woke up still in Jack's arms, i smiled slightly and looked up at him, he was just stirring. He instantly remembered and smiled down at me

"morning beautiful"

I smiled back

"morning mister"

We lied there chatting for a few moments before we both got up, Jack left so i could get changed and then came back to get changed. We both headed downstairs and i went over to the front door, Jack looked upset but nodded, coming over to me.

"i'll see you later then gorgeous?"

I laughed and reached up on my tiptoes to plant a kiss on his lips

"maybe but i gotta get home before dad gets worried"

he nodded slowly and gave me another kiss before letting me go. I quickly hurried home where my dad flung open the door and i was pulled into his tight embrace

"where were you sharna? i was worried sick, especially after Kurt"

"i know dad and im so so sorry, i was with Jack and i got really tired and i forgot to text you and im really really sorry"

he pulled away and looked down at me before smiling slightly and pulling me in for another hug

"thats ok sweetheart, i just dont want anything to happen to you, you should know how much i worry"

"i know and im sorry dad, i really am, i promise it will never happen again"

he nodded slowly and we pulled away

"anyway.. i have a suprise for you"

I smiled and he put his hand over my eyes as he led me into the lounge, i heard a dog bark and i felt myself get all happy and excited. My dads hand moved away to reveal a gorgeous white german shepard, sitting on the sofa, happily wagging its tail.

I jumped up and down with exictement as the dog came up and began licking my hand and sniffing me, i bent down to its level and began playing about with its ears

"its perfect, thank you so much"

"thats ok sweetheart, i thought you could do with a pet"

I smiled up at him before returning to the dad

"so yes its a boy and you can name him as you wish"

"hmm" i turned back to the dog "Thorn.. like the one off the Lost Boys, you remember? that vampire film?"

I looked up at my dad, who bent down and began ruffling up Thorn's fur

"hello there Thorn, welcome to the family"

I smiled and we continued to pamper the dog, who was clearly enjoying the attention. My dad got up and walked over to a box, he opened it up

"ive got loads of things in order to look after him in here and ive put his bed in your room, your ok with that right?"

I looked up and smiled

"definately, i love you dad"

"i love you too sweetheart"

I got up and went over to my dad,

"im just going to get changed then i'll take him out" dad nodded and i rushed off to get sorted. I quickly changed and freshened myself up in the bathroom before instantly rushing downstairs, i went over to dad and he handed me the collar and lead, i instantly bent down and clipped them both on, Thorn was getting more and more excited, he clearly liked his walks.
