"GET OUT!" Dipper screamed at the top of his lungs, slamming the door shut in Bill's face.

"Dipper?" Bill frowned, he was utterly confused as to what was wrong. "What did I do?"

"You lied to me, you fucking bastard!" The door shook as Dipper kicked it and Bill tried the door knob, pulling his hand back with a hiss as it burned his palm.

"What did I lie about?"

"You lied about saying you loved me! All you wanted to do was take my soul and get closer to destroying my family!"

"Pine Tree..." Bill placed his hand on the door, "Pine Tree who told you that"

There was silence, Bill knew Dipper was still there because he could hear the man sniveling. "Why should I tell you"

"Because I want to know who told you those lies, kid just open the door, please" Bill pressed himself against the door, "I want to tell you that they're wrong and why they're wrong"

"Because I do love you Dipper, with all my being" he looked out at the trees, "please open the door"

The knob turned slightly, the door being pulled inward a bit, "she wouldn't lie to me though...."

Something clicked in Bill's mind, "Mabel doesn't exactly trust me yet..that's probably why she told you those things" Bill pushed against the door lightly and Dipper let he door swing open.

"Dipper.." Bill moved foreword quickly, putting his arms around Dipper and hugging him tightly. "Please don't cry" he put his head on Dipper's shoulder listening to the man's uneven breaths.

Slowly Dipper returned the hug, "I...I don't know who to believe.." He said honestly, more tears pricking at his eyes and Bill rubbed them away with his thumb.

"That's alright" Bill cooed gently, kissing his neck. "You'll figure that out in time, once you know all the factors you'll know who to believe"

Bill straightened up and looked him in the eyes, sincerity shined in his golden gaze. "But I do know that I love you Dipper Pines, and I don't want you for just your soul, you're amazing" he said slowly, watching as Dipper looked away.

"Please kid, even if you don't believe me, I love you" Bill put both of his hands on Dipper's face and made him look at him, "and that won't change"

Dipper furrowed his brow, "..ok" he pulled Bill's hands off of his face and sighed.

"We should go talk to Mabel..or you should, whichever you prefer" Bill kissed his temple lightly, his hands had moved and were rubbing soothing patterns into Dipper's waist.

The man nodded sullenly and Bill gave him a small sad smile. "We'll fix this,"

--

Bill sat in his room quietly, he could hear Mabel and Dipper talking but one of them had put up a sound dampening spell and it was getting on his nerves. He ran his fingers through his hair quickly, his heels tapping against the ground.

He let out a shaky sigh, he was so nervous, he didn't want to lose Dipper. The demon looked over at the door before letting a broken sob escape his lips, the only outcomes he could see in this situation was being locked back in the mindscape or even being killed. He sucked in a quick breath pushing himself up and pacing.

He froze up when he heard the door opening and footsteps heading towards his room and in a panic he snapped his cane into existence and backed away from the door, holding the black cane out.

The door opened slowly and he could see that Dipper was in an even worse state. He backed into the wall as Dipper approached him, he didn't know what was wrong with him, his eyes were wide and he was..he was actually growling at the man.

Dipper froze up, staring at Bill and he frowned.

"Please don't say it" Bill moaned, he already knew what the choice was, he could hear it a mile away in Dipper's thoughts. "Please" he fell to his knees.

"Bill...I'm sorry but...can we talk downstairs.." Dipper trailed off, watching as Bill keeled onto his side letting out a low whine.

"Just fucking kill me already" Bill stared at the ground, his breathing evening out quickly and his features became oddly calm. "I already know what you're going to do"

"What?"

Bill wasn't blinking and Dipper could hear the demon faintly whisper under his breath, "why don't you trust me, you never do"

"Bill calm down" Dipper held his hands out, "you're overreacting"

"Ohhh... Alright, I'm over reacting right" Bill hissed out, "you're just going to send me to the mindscape then, huh? I guess it's worse than dying, you want me to suffer don't you" he clenched his fists. "Fine, do whatever the hell you want, I don't care"

"Bill...where did you get those ideas from?" Dipper bent down beside him and rested his hand on his shoulder, "I was going to tell you that I believe you"

Bill froze up, "what"

"Bill..I know you weren't lying to me now"
