A Bunch'a Billdip

Bill smiled lazily and pushed himself up, watching Dipper and Mabel wade around in the shallow beginning of the ocean.

They'd left the Mystery Shack for a weekend because Mabel had decided that everyone needed a break from Gravity Falls. So they all got in Dipper's car and drove for a while till they got to the ocean.

Bill trotted down to the water and shuddered slightly because the water was colder than he expected it to be. "Bill!" Mabel grinned and kicked water at him and he huffed, jumping away from the water.

"Why don't you go out farther?" Bill put his hands on his hips and Dipper ignored them.

"Because Dipper's afraid"

Bill spun around and cocked a brow at Dipper, "you're afraid of water?"

"No" Dipper huffed and Bill waded towards him and picked him up.

"Well, if you aren't afraid let's go out farther" Bill smirked and Dipper held onto him tightly.

"Bill, I think this is far enough" Dipper whispered, the water up to Bill's waist and the demon laughed.

"Nope" he kept going and gasped slightly.

"Bill!" Dipper shouted and Bill struggled to hold onto him.

"Stop-" he choked on water and kicked his legs, trying to keep them both above water but Dipper kept trying to not go under. "Pi-" he gagged as Dipper's hand landed on his face and pushed him back under.

Mabel stared at them quietly before trying to go out after them, her foot landing on the ledge and she backpedaled, "DIPPER!" She screamed.

Bill gasped and took a deep breath when he was finally able to get back up, in the back of his mind he knew he could use his magic but Dipper's panic was all he could think of. "Bill,"

The demon paused and muttered to himself, grabbing Dipper's arm as he sunk and pushed himself under so he could get Dipper back up.

"Dipper," Mabel had gotten closer, she reached her hand out to her brother and he grabbed her hand. "Kick your feet!" Mabel hissed and Dipper did as she said and they successfully made it back to a place that they could stand.

Dipper looked around the water, "Bill?" He kept looking and couldn't see any sign of him, "Bill!" He shouted.

Bill's head popped up and he panted heavily, he slowly swam to them and Dipper grabbed him and held him tightly. "Why didn't you tell me you couldn't swim" Bill said quietly and Dipper shook slightly. Bill lazily looked over at Mabel and she sighed softly. "C'mon Pine tree" Bill murmured and nudged him foreword.

"Can I take a nap?" Bill asked and Dipper nodded and watched as Bill fell down onto the towels and passed out.

Dipper sat beside him and ran his fingers through his hair, "I'm sorry" he whispered.

"It's not your fault, I told him you were afraid-"

"You didn't tell him I couldn't swim though..."

Mabel sighed, "I didn't want to embarrass you," Dipper looked up at her and smiled weakly.

"Well, thank you for not embarrassing me, too much"

She sat on her knees and started building something in the sand, "when will he wake up?"

"He probably over exerted his body" Dipper looked down at Bill before looking back at her, "so it may be a while"

She nodded slowly and grabbed his hand, "then how about you help me make this sand castle?" She smiled.

Dipper nodded and began helping her.

Bill watched them from the mindscape and huffed, "next time we should look into a beach that's not as secluded" he sighed and leaned back on the sand, waiting for his body to regenerate some of it's energy.

i wanted to make Dipper drown :^)))))
