New Beginnings

"So we're really doing this? Sam asked me reaching for my hand. I smiled up at his handsome face, so perfect.

"We are. Are you sure about this?" He looked over at me and grabbed my face lightly.

"Yes," he said before kissing my lips.

We walked up to the steps of our new house. Located in California, we bought a house that was close enough to Stanford and far enough to where we could eventually start a family away from the city.

A woman emerged from the house holding a set of keys and a grin bigger than my house.

"Mr. And Mrs. Winchester! Congratulations on your new house!" She handed us the set of keys, her smile never leaving her face.

"Thank you," Sam said grabbing the keys from her. We locked our truck and walked up to the door of our house. He unlocked the beautiful brown door and opened it revealing the place we would spend our life together.

"After you Mrs. Winchester," Sam said pointing inside. I walked through the door admiring what was now ours. Here, we would start a career. Here, we would start a family. Here, we would start a life.

"What are you thinking about?" Sam asked me. I looked into his beautiful hazel eyes.

"I'm thinking about us," I smiled.

"Good things?"

"Great things."

"So what's the first thing we're going to do in our very own house?" Sam asked me.

"I have a couple ideas." I turned around and grabbed Sam's waist kissing his lips. He wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me up towards his body.

"Why don't we go upstairs?" Sam whispered in my ears. He carried me upstairs as we appreciated having a house to ourselves finally.
