IN THE OTHER DIMENSION
The group of 6 had arrived in a village.
It had been about a week or more that they had started to train Lora.
Since their last stop they hadn't arrive at any island and at last there they were. The village seemed to be a saviour as their food and water stalks along with fuel and other necessities were almost over.
They moved in the village. It was totally barren. No one were on the streets.
"What's wrong with this village"; Naxie asked.
No one had any idea. They knocked on some people doors.
Few of them opened the door. Seeing then Naxie gave a scream. The others moved there to check what had happened.
The person who had opened the door had fallen down.
"Others are also in the same condition"; Sam said.
Cristopher moved forward to check their condition.
"Are they alright"; Lora inquired.
"I'm dying with hunger. Cristopher do something"; Lucas said.
Cristopher was tensed.
"What is it"; Rolando questioned.
"They are suffering from some life threathening disease. I haven't seen any of it before but if we stay here we will be affected by the same"; Cristopher said.
"Let's go then. Why are we waiting here"; Naxie said.
"I can't leave them in this condition. I know I don't know how to save them but I will try to find. Can we just stay here for some time"; Cristopher said as he looked at the captain.
"Okey no problem"; Lucas decided.
"Thanks Lucas"; Cristopher said; "But it would be better if you all stay in the ship. I still don't know what have cause the disease but it would be better if you don't stay out here on the island and better don't eat or drink anything";
"I'm gonna die of hunger"; Lucas cried.
"We can go at a distance and catch some fishes. We can return to the island later"; Lora suggested.
"That's such a smart answer. Let's go"; Lucas said.
"Lora can you wait along with me"; Cristopher said as all of them were about to leave.
"Yeah sure"; she replied.
Past few days she had been trained about medicines a lot by Cristopher. She could be a great assistance thus was asked to wait.
Others left the place.
"We will get you both something to eat"; Naxie said waving goodbye.
Cristopher tried to find about the disease; he started with diagnosing; trying to find about it's symptoms and cure. It seemed to be some kind of poisoning.
Lora went to check tge cure while Cristopher tried to make the antidote.
The day ended with no sucess. The two went back to deck and had their food.
"All the things the trees; food; water are affected and at some point even the air. It's difficult to find the actual cause"; Lora said.
They relaxed themselves for the night.
Lora was lying on the deck wondering about something which she didn't know herself.
She felt someone's presence. She got up and looked around but there wasn't anyone there.
"Probably my imagination"; she said as she lied down on the deck again.
