The next day arose. It was nice and sunny. Before the people on the island could have noticed the presence of the ship they sailed off.
Their luck was with them that no one found them. As they moved away from the shore the wind blown at great speed. The ship sailed in the same speed.
Sam was on his lookout when he called out everybody pointing at something. Around a rock there was a girl. Naxie took the binoculars to recognzie the girl to be the one they had noticed dancing the previous night.
Seeing the ship the girl tried to escape. Lucas ordered the ship to sail in speed forward to see if the girl needed any help. They soon reached while the girl tried to make her escape. In all her frightness and escape the girl showed them something that made everyone shocked.
The girl wasn't any ordinary girl. She was half human and half fish. She was a mermaid.
Seeing her beauty Cristopher had a nose bleed. His imaginations started to fluorish.
The mermaid had escaped.
"Their island should be nearby"; Sam said.
"We are sailing to the the mermaid's den"; Lucas ordered.
"First think before you speak"; Naxie said as she bumbed on Lucas head which didn't had any effect.
"The place would be somewhere underwater where we won't be able to reach on our own and not specially with the ship"; Lora said.
"We won't be able to anchor the ship on the shore of the island as the ship would be instantely be confiscated when it is noticed as our's"; Rolando said.
"I quite well remember she had 2 legs yesterday"; Naxie said.
Lora confirmed her sentence.
"What does that mean"; Sam asked.
No one knew any answer. Eventually as they were not able to think of something Lucas was frustrated. He again yelled his decision to find mermaid's place.
"When we get there we will surely receive the answer"; Lucas grinned.
"We can't just move in the water. Don't you know Lora can't swim and how long are you planning to stay in water to search for the mermaid's place. We are human's we dont have gills to breathe in there"; Naxie informed.
"We are going, all of us"; Lucas ordered.
Lora suddenly spoke up.
"We can get the diving equipments to search for the mermaid's place underwater. Simulatneously we could anchor the ship at some particular harbour. I could make the ship invisible or just mix it with other ship temporary changing its features"; Lora said.
Others were shocked to hear that.
"Can you seriously do that"; Cristopher asked.
"Well I have quite a no of magic tricks up my sleeves"; she said.
"You are surely the wingless fairy... I guess your bounty is rising because of that"; Rolando said.
Others too nooded. Lora sweat dropped at their quick decisions.
"Are you still trying to find about me"; Lora asked.
"How can you forget about your own dream"; Rolando sighed.
"Nope... I haven't forgotten"; Lora said with firm determination.
All had a smile on their face.
"Let's head to the port"; Lucas ordered as he directed towards the forward direction.
The ship sailed on further.
The ship was anchored somewhere close to the island but at a very rare place where people would hardly notice the ship.
"Let's get the material's by disguising ourselves"; Lora said.
The crop was about to be removed from the room when Lora stopped them.
Lora's hands started to sparkle. She sprinkled the shiny golden sparkle on everyone around including herself. Each of them had changed just not by clothes but by hair, their height weight, skin tone texture.
It was really hard for them to even recognize themselves. A quick introduction was layed so that they would recognize themselves.
Lora's magic was surely going to come in lot handy.
The group soon got the equimpments and dived underwater. Even after searching for few hours they were not able to find any island of the mermaids in the sea.
Dissapointedly they moved up. They tried to search it several times but with no benefit.
Lucas was soon informed that their location at that place had been traced. So eventually they had to make a quick escape.
It was already dawn while the ship sailed off the island. They haf reached at some distance on the sea by the night.
They decided to anchor tfe ship for the night in the mid of the sea.
