CHAPTER THIRTY: PART TEN

The ship went on sailing like it usually used too though the behavior of the people staying on it had changed. The noisy ship was silent. The people on ship were feeling too weird by the new member's sudden entry in the group. No one wanted him to join. It wasn't that they didn't wanted or they wanted. They just had no idea what his entry in the group would lead too. So to avoid unnecessary problems they didn't wanted him in their gang.

Well there wasn't anything they could have done now.

They ignored the guy sitting on the deck and went on with their respective work.

Sam had done with his cooking in couple of hour's time and he called everyone for dinner.

All the people sat down to eat. The food looked delicious. They had their plates all saved and secured so that Lucas won't attack on it. Just then when they were about to begin Kane entered in and took his seat.

Sam hadn't forgotten to make a plate for the newcomer. He would never let anyone hungry. Their dinner wasn't noisy at all like it always used to be. Kane did remember the last time he had his dinner with the group. They were all cheerful, enjoying, playing. They weren't obviously acting normal. But he did expect them too as time pass on.

Although Kane was in the group he was mostly ignored but he didn't mind.

Dinner was soon done. All went back silently in their rooms. No voice was heard. They didn't even talk to the new guy not even among themselves. Kane didn't even go to talk to them directly. He rather just sat enjoying himself with his book.

Everyone was back to bed. No one stayed on guard on the ship that night as Kane had taken his place out there. He didn't join the other guys in their rooms.

He sat there looking at the waves in the night. It was nice for a change. He loved the travel. He never actually used too. It had been long since he had traveled with a bunch. He would always teleport to his destination. Travelling for a change was good.

He remembered about Lora, the time he had spent with her when she was in form of Crizel. He now realized why the girl was behaving in the way she was.

That night he was so busy missing Lora that he didn't even realize that the girl right next to him, with whom he was having a walk was Lora herself. He didn't even realize that the girl was getting disturbed because of his actions.

It was all too weird when the two remembered about past few days events. The one he was missing was right next to him. Lora realized that the guy was missing no other girl rather then Lora herself and she was feeling all sad and lonely and depressed thinking it to be someone else.

He remembered the day of dance with her, seeing her cry bitterly and seeing Lora in place of the girl. It wasn't just him seeing Lora in place of Crizel. She was actually Lora.

A smile arose on his face remembering the time he had spent with her. Not just the past couple of days but all time. He just felt asleep with that smile on his face on his comfy chair in the broad night sky in middle of the sea.

Kane was feeling peaceful at last after so long. The person he was searching for so long, the one he wanted to spend time with was very close by and he was going to spend the rest of the time with her. That was enough for him to be happy.

Lucas was observing Kane's reactions from the top of the deck.

Rolando was awake when Lucas was sneaking out from the room thinking the others to be asleep. He and had noticed the captain moving out.

He had followed him and was observing Kane as well. The smile he gave made them wonder on his past sentences. Had he actually found his queen?

After Kane had slept the two went back to their room to sleep. Lucas knew Rolando was sneaking. Rolando didn't even try to hide that rather waited and the two headed together back to the room but none of them spoke a word.

Naxie and Lora were silent the entire time. It had been weird for them. Lora was yet feeling bad for Naxie and was planning that somehow he will prove Kane wrong. She isn't the queen and Kane would be better if he stayed with Naxie.

The two girls' didn't spoke and rather just went to sleep in their own thoughts.

All hoped for a new start from the next day, each of them planning what things they would have to do.

I KNOW IT'S BEEN TOO LONG SINCE I HAVE PUBLISHED. MY EXAMS WERE GOING ON AND HAD JUST RECEIVED A WEEK'S VACATION WHICH PASSED BY VERY SOON. I HARDLY AM GETTING ANY TIME TO PUBLISH CHAPTERS BUT WILL BE TRYING TO PUBLISH AT LEAST ONE IN A WEEK...
