Lora was busy in her thoughts when she noticed a huge wirl pool in the sea. All of them started to move out of the pool but it was of no use. They had already stepped in it and they were just dragged in. Their strength was not enough to save themselves.
Lora woke up. She found herself in some forest. Remembering about the past events she woke up to understand her location. Her scuba atire had a hole through which all the oxygen had leaked out.
She left it aside and was looking at the forest when she was hit from behind. Lora was getting smashed by some weird animal claws. Lora was too tired. She had no strength to fight the beast. Her energy that had drained while casting the spell had not yet recovered.
She noticed many other similar beasts arriving there. She wasn't even able to free herself from one how was she supposed to fight all of them. It was useless.
The beast who had caught the prey attacked before the others could snatch her away. But as usual Lora was saved.
She should have got used to getting saved each time.
"Get up. How long are you planning to lie down there"; Lora heard an arrogant rude voice of a boy.
She looked around to see the beast who had her captured lying uncounsciouss or dead in a croner. Her saviour stood next to her looking at the remaining beasts surrounding them.
Lora stood up and moved back of the handsome tall spiky haired guy.
"Will you be able to fight them all"; Lora asked informing to not expect any help from her.
But her question remained unanswered.
"I hope you can atleast run fast"; he inquired but before Lora could have replied with anything the guy caught Lora's hands and started to flee away instead of fighting.
The guy did had speed and by the look of the beast that had beed knocked off the guy seemed to have strength then why wasn't he fighting and was rather running away like a coward.
Lora was pullled by the boy as he ran forward. The beast's did followed.
After about a hour's run they finally were able to free themselves from the beasts for temporary period. Lora was exhausted. Her energy instead of being regained was more drained away.
"I don't know why you weak people land up at this place"; the guy said.
"What do u mean by weak"; Lora shouted.
"Now I have illiterates out here"; the guy said.
Lora was gonna burst in anger. She so wished she had her usual strength and she would beat up the guy.
"Stop dreaming. That's never gonna happen"; he said.
Lora was a bit shock by his response.
"What are you saying. What should I stop dreaming about";
"You very well know what I am talking about"; he said.
"Who are you"; Lora asked wondering about it; "Do you know anything about this place";
"Zack"; he replied in his arrogant tone.
"Lora"; she replied.
"What are you doing here at this place Zack. This place is not safe. You should leave from here imediately";
"And see who is lecturing me around, the one who was saved. You should be the one leaving";
"I can't till I save my friend's";
"You can't save yourself and dreaming about saving your friends";
"I can save them and myself";
"Yeah we surely saw that";
Lora was speechless. She didn't had any strength at that point and so she was a weakling eventually.
Zack continued his walk.
"Where are you going"; she asked but Zack didn't bothered answering.
She evetually followed as she felt he knew about the place and she felt save tagging along with him.
"I wish to go at a place"; Lora said and told the desired location.
The guy didn't respond and continued his walk.
Lora had no time to waste. She had to find Naxie and the others.
She decided to leave when she heard Zack sigh.
He suddenly caught Lora's hand and pulled him towards his back.
"Hold tightly"; he said as he began to run.
His speed was incredible. Water flowed from Lora's eyes being not used to that speed.
Many beasts voices were heard on their way but they didn't entagled themselves with any. It seem's the guy was avoiding them.
They atlast reached the end of the forest. Lora saw a white marble castle lying straight ahead.
Even though Zack was walking in a normal speed but even then he didn't let go of Lora.
They were inside of the castle now. They were standing in a huge hall way. The pillars were also made of the white marble. The outside sceenery was noticeable because of the open walls. There were no walls half the entire length of the room.
Lora saw a door at the end of the hall. Lora just then recognized the place. It was the same place Naxie had directed her too.
Lora got off Zack's back and rushed towards the door. The door opened up easily.
The inside view was beautiful. There was a huge centre pond there where swans and fishes and other aquatic life were nesting. There were many trees there.
All this was in a room. There was no roof in that room. In between the trees Lora noticed her captured friend tied in huge chains.
Lora seeing Naxie rushed towards her. Naxie saw Lora moving towards her. She was a bit surprised. She knew Lora would come to save her but she was wondering whether they would be able to find her.
Lora was moving towards Naxie when a huge blast took on her.
"Lora..."; Naxie called out.
The smoke was obstructing the scene. The smoke cleared.
Lora was in a boy's arms. It was Zack. He had reached perfectly on time and had pulled Lora away before the attack landed on her.
