The attacker was standing in front of them. A half human half fish stood in front. Her beauty was something facinating.
Lora and Naxie realized that she was the same maiden they had seen twice just her looks had changed a bit. She was looking more beautiful. Her beauty was far beyond comparable. It was something the girl's had never seen before.
Lora thoughts about the girl being connected with the underwater witch came to be true.
The mermaid started to cast a spell on Zack. It was some kind of beauty spell. She tried to control him.
Lora looked at Zack. He seemed to be getting hypnotised.
Lora called out his name but her voice wasn't reaching him. Zack moved towards the mermaid. His eyes were easily depicting that he was controlled.
He faced Lora.
"Kill that girl. I don't have any need for her"; the mermaid said.
Lora was frightned.
Would he attack? Lora had no strength within her. What would she do.
Zack moved towards Lora. A sword suddenly appeared in his hand.
The sword was unsheathed and Zack moved towards Lora to attack.
Zack had speed much more then that of Lora. He was going on attacking. Lora tried to block with the help of the trees around.
The trees were cut into perfect two pieces. The slash was too perfect without much of strength applied.
Lora got few hits. The fresh red blood oozed out from the deep cuts on the various parts of her body.
Lora had fallen down. Zack had blocked her way to move. He was going to lay down a finishing blow.
"Now I have got a nice long life and slaves to work for"; the mermaid said as she looked at Naxie.
But just then the mermaid was attacked but she doched herself. Even then she got a cut on her hand.
"How is this possible"; the mermaid said looking at Lora who was all fine and Zack was preparing himself to kill the mermaid.
"How is that even possible"; the mermaid said; "No one can come out of my spell. There is no way to break the spell. I'm the mermaid queen. No one's beauty is much more than mine. How can you come out of my spell when the only way to come out of it is...";
"I have seen much more beauty than you. You are nothing compared to her"; Zack said before the queen could have finished off her sentence.
Zack begin to attack with his sword.
Lora was shocked. The spell the queen had casted was surely unbreakable and by the look out it seemed that the only way to break the spell was to see someone much more beautiful. But at that point also the queen was right. Lora didn't expect anyone to be much more preety than the queen.
"Have he really seen someone much more beautiful", Lora wondered.
Zack went on with his attack but the queen was no less. She kept on with her spell trying to make Zack still in her control but he was able to overcome them all.
"There is no one more beautifull than me. How are you trying to block my charms"; the mermaid questioned irritatedly.
"You are in no comparison to her"; Zack said as he went on hitting while the mermaid dotch.
Lora meanwhile without wasting anytime went to help Naxie.
A bit of her magic was back and she was able to break of the chains with the help of it.
