CHAPTER- THIRTY: PART TWO

Lora kept the idea in front of Ron and Reu about crossing the forest. They in particularly didn't like the idea.

They also wanted to go there but they also knew their own capablities but Lora wanted to go and she needed their help. If she tried going alone and crossed the place she will get a whole lot of suspicion towards herself.

Lora insisted and tried to manipulate their mind. She tried to fill it with some confidence and courage. A bit of magic was utilized and they were atlast ready.

The next day was decided as the faithfull day. That day Lora hanged out with the two guys collecting as much as information, rumors they had with them.

Next day arose. Crizel and the two boys were waiting at the front of the forest. The forest was surrounded by thick foliage gates.

The three had no idea what time the gates would open for them to start with their journey. Hearing about the rumors approximately a time was assumed and the three waited there at the assumed time i.e 5 am.

People seeing them move at the entrance discouraged them.

"Those two think they are capable enough to cross the forest";

"Those people are fools";

"They have decided to suicide. Let them do";

Those words did discouraged them and made them fall back but Lora was there to drag them forward.

They waited for few hours at the foliage gate. Time passed by but the gates showed no sign of opening.

It was 12 pm when they were about to leave. They had already created a nice distance from the forest entrance when they saw the gates open.

The three started to run towards it. The gates were open just for half a minute.

Lora's speed could have made them cross on time but she couldn't possibly reveal her secret. Using a bit of magic she increased their speed and eventually dragged them towards the gate. That was enough to hide her secret and also increase her speed to cross the gates on time.

They had atlast entered in the forest. Their journey in the forest begun.

As per the rumors they had heard the main danger in the forest was a monsterous animal, a killing machine, which have killed loads of people.

Reu and Ron were frightened just not because of the animal but the words of those people they had met earlier had made their confidence decrease.

As they moved more deep in the forest the forest became more thicker and scarrier.

Screams of people and roar of some havocing animal was heard.
Those voices removed the soul out of the two guys.

The animals voice seemed to be getting closer and closer.
The guys were shivering with fear, holding their hands tightly, while Crizel was busy in her own thoughts.

Suddenly the girl scared the two guys coming out of her thought's.

"You scared us Crizel"; Reu said.

"Sorry about that. Will you wait here for some while. I will return back in some time. I dropped something back on our way"; Lora said and before the two could have said anything she left from the place.

The screans of the people had subsided after some time Lora had left but the roaring did continued. 
Soon the roars have turned to angry roars and screams of the animal was heard. The confused guys were more frightened.

Crizel was missing for a long while. The guys had now got used to the sounds though the fear had not subsided. The boys were now worrying about Crizel. They decided to go in search of her.

They went back on the same route they had crossed some while back but there was no sign of Crizel. That made them worry about the girl more.

They changed their searching route. They were moving in some random direction. They heard the animals voice getting closer and closer in the direction they were heading too but somehow they couldn't just change that direction. They were getting strong vibes that Crizel was somewhere closeby.

There was a thick foliage in front which was blocking their front view. The animal voice had dissapeared all of a sudden. The two getting some courage moved towards the area that lied behind the foliage.

Their fright soon got converted to shock.  There in front lied a huge monstorius animal lying dead on the ground. The look's of it was only mosterous enough to frighten them to their death.

The thing had a protruding face with long ears, eyes were small but filled with rage and anger even though it lied dead. Two sharp long canine's were seen.  It's neck was comparative longer, chest hard as steel. It's claws were sharp to tear anything in it's path.

It's huge bat like wings had covered the entire open area that was surrounded by the foliage.  It's tail was long and strong enough to crunch anyone's bones to pieces

The two boys view changed a bit to notice Crizel there standing covered in sweat. A bit of mud was covered over her.  Little suspicion rose in them.

"How did you reach here"; Reu asked.

Lora was taken aback when she heard his voice. She had no idea when did they arrive there. In her hand was a  crystal which Ron saw and snatched it away.

"How did you get this. Did u kill this beast"; Ron asked getting suspicious.

"What ridiculous"; Reu said.

"What are you talking about"; Criizel asked.

"Who killed the monster"; Ron asked.

"How would I know. When I came here it was already dead and that crystal was down there"; Crizel said pointing down on the ground.

"We need to find a tree that's all"; Reu said happily.

"What tree"; crizel inquired.

"That will open up the passage to the end of the forest"; Reu replied.

The three had no idea about the location of the tree. They decided to go in search of it.
