CHAPTER THIRTY ONE: PART THREE

The mist had decreased a bit. The way was clear. Lora decided to go in such of others. She was going to leave when she noticed Naxie moving that way. She was happy to see her but suddenly a negative thought like the previous one moved in her mind. She tried to ignore the thought and moved towards Naxie with little excitement to see her but as she started to reach close to her, her excitement decreased and it became weirder.

Lora reached towards Naxie but the girl didn't speak and that made her feel odd.

"What wrong with this girl. Hear I was thinking of sacrificing and she is trying to show such an attitude towards me..." Lora thought.

Lora shook her head when she realized what she was thinking. She looked towards Naxie. She was silent deep in her own thoughts. She didn't utter a word.

"Do you know where the others are," Lora asked.

But the girl didn't reply. She just kept on walking. Lora wondered for her such a behavior. She saw Naxie yet moving. She decided to tag along with her and ran back of her to catch up and began to walk along with her.

The girls were just roaming around in that foggy island. The fog showed no sign of going away. There wasn't any sign of others too. The two girls were just silently walking and walking.

Hours passed. They were not even able to find the sea.

Getting tired Lora sat down but Naxie didn't stop and continued walking. Lora was a bit irritated. She decided to leave her and sat there.

Naxie soon was out of sight.

Lora thought maybe she should have joined. At least would have been with her rather than being all alone. But before she could have went in search of her, another thought moved in her mind and she sat at that place itself relaxing. The mist had gone thicker. Lora sat there in the mist with thirst and hunger. She seemed to be on some kind of cliff.

Lora soon felt asleep at that place.

Lora received many disturbing dreams. She saw Kane along with Naxie. Kane was in love with her. The two seemed to be very happy. Lora was sad. She wasn't able to see the two together. She saw Naxie. A different negative grin was there on her face. Lora felt as if she was laughing on her face.

She then realized she was just dreaming in her dreams itself. She didn't wake up. She thought how mad she was to think she would just sacrifice her love. Naxie's face as she was hugging Kane was just flashing in her head. She suddenly got up.

"I won't let you be with him," she whispered.

She noticed at a site Naxie moving there. Her hands clenched automatically. Hatred was filled in her. How could she just laugh on her sacrifice?

"That was just a dream. I won't let that happen in reality," she said.

Naxie moved close towards her. Her reaction was the same though Lora's reaction had changed. Naxie moved towards Lora and all negative thoughts were rolling in Lora's mind. How much she just hated her to be alive.

Lora noticed Naxie moving towards her. Lora was moving back as he moved weirdly towards her. Lora was at a point frightened seeing the way Naxie was marching towards her. The two had reached at the end of the cliff. Lora had no place to move back while Naxie was just cornering her. She wasn't allowed to even move from the side. Naxie had captured her near the end. Lora was confused what was wrong with her.

"What are you trying to do," Lora asked.

But Naxie didn't reply. Instead she just pushed Lora down the cliff.

Lora was shocked. It was too foggy. She soon tried to come out of her shock. She was not able to see the dept of the cliff. She was falling down with full speed when she realized that she could fly. She had almost forgotten about her powers. At the right moment she was able to escape from the fall.

She had reached the cliff again. There was no one out there. Naxie was missing. Lora was feeling some pain over the abdominal area. It was so foggy that she wasn't able to see what was wrong with her. It seems she was wounded. She tried to heal herself up in the fog. She wasn't able to do much of benefit but at least it wasn't paining like before.

Lora started to feel drowsy and she soon fell in deep sleep.

Lora was woken up by someone. The vision was blurring. It was yet foggy. She stood up and noticed the person who woke her up was Lucas.

"At last I found someone," Lora said.

"Do you have any idea what's wrong with Naxie? I seriously hate her Lucas. How dare she behave like that with me?"

Lucas looked at her with wonder to what was she talking about.

"Did she steal away your food," Lucas asked, "If that's the case I will surely help you out. I won't leave Sam too. He ran away without giving me food," Lucas said.

"It's not that. She tried to kill me... she is so mean. I was thinking of sacrificing Kane... and that mean girl was laughing at me as she was hugging Kane... I won't let her take him away..." Lora continued to mumble in anger.

Lucas first thought that Lora was just overreacting but soon he noticed that it was just not words. She actually meant them. She was filled in anger and negative energy flowed through her.

"Something is wrong," Lucas thought.

He felt something strange in the air. He remembered seeing the similar kind of thing while he was viewing Rolando's and Kane's match.

He had seen Rolando trying to hit Kane with fierce anger and Kane disappearing out of nowhere.

Even in that fog Lucas vision was a bit clearer than the others.

Lucas tried to release the fog from the area as it had started to irritate him. He tried to blow them all away but he wasn't able to succeed. It was too difficult. Something was preventing the fog from going away. Lucas realized that the fog wasn't a natural one. It was created by some magic, a magic which was trying to produce conflicts between his team mates.
