The group halted to a nearby island. It took them some time to reach. It was already midnight. The giant's were dropped at the island. It was a small one. The group had their dinner and went to sleep.
The giant's didn't wanted to trouble the group thus decided to be on the island for a while meanwhile contacting their fellow mates to help them up.
Next day the group filled the ship with supplies which they could find. Waveing their goodbyes soon to the giant's they left the island and were on their way for a new journey.
It was afternoon. Their normal journey continued.
Lora was reading a book. Rolando as usual training. Lucas and Cristopher crying for food while Sam preparing for them some.
Naxie was reading the newspaper when she announced a famous block on the page.
All had surrounded to hear it.
It said that Chad was removed from his vice captain's position by their leader for illegally harrasing people and causing danger to all of them and also for disobeying the head's orders.
"The leader seemed to be quite a nice guy"; Lora said
"I can't say anything about it. He is a big mystery. Poeple don't get a chance to visit him often"; Naxie said.
"He's quite a big shot"; Lora said.
"What are you guys discussing about. You will see when I will beat that guy to a pulp"; Lucas said.
"I will be the one fighting him"; Rolando said.
They started to fight again and at last came to a conclusion that if the leader was a swordsmen; Rolando would fight but if he had any magical stone powers then Lucas would fight.
"If he had the stone's power and plus he would be an excellent swords men than what would you do?" Lora asked.
"Don't confuse us Lora"; Lucas cried.
"That means I will fight him"; Rolando said.
"No it doesn't mean that"; Lucas said and their fight continued.
Their journey was going for days long. They were not able to find any island nearby. It had already been a week. Their supplies were hardly left and specially having the hungry predators on their ship it wasn't possible for their supplies to last any longer how much ever Sam may try to save for the supplies.
All this days Lora received more training from Rolando. She was able to fight Rolando not on his level but she was surely improving. She just lacked a sword of her own.
In the previous island she was fighting with the sword which was given to all the student's for temporary period. When she left she eventually left the sword back in Richard's possesion.
She had planned to get her own on the next island they drop which had no plan to show up.
2 weeks had passed and the group were dying with hunger. The water they were travelling in wasn't providing them with much of fishes to fill in their stomach.
Mirage of island's were seen to the tavellers in the hot sun travel.
"There is an island"; Lucas shouted.
"It's just another mirage"; Naxie said.
"Well I can see it too"; Lora said looking through the binoculars.
Naxie and the others also moved out to check. It was probably an actual island rather then a miage.
The group sailed towards it in full speed.
