"I remember the next couple weeks the best. I think they're my favorite memories from that time."

It was raining. Why did it have to be raining? Aki sat himself up in his bed and looked out the window. He hadn't changed after he'd gotten home yesterday. There were still questions in the air about what happened. No one should have known about what was going on but somehow Gordon found out about the assassination attempt and foiled it. Big time. He managed to get himself out of bed even though he wanted to sleep away the failure till tonight and just get on with finishing his job. It was still an objective he had to complete.
The only thing holding him back thou, was the fact he needed to keep up his cover story or the school would question and the other students. It would get out rather quick.
Grabbing his bag off the floor he left the apartment, locking the door afterwards.

Walking through the main gates of school, he kept his eyes ahead, bangs keeping his eyes from being majorly seen. He didn't like the fact his eyes were two different colors cause they stood out. Standing out was dangerous. Hurrying out of the drizzle and into the building. Removing the hood from his head he continued toward the homeroom.
"Aki!" He paused. Sam jogged up to him. "Hey, you okay?"
"Yeah. Why?" He asked shrugging off the question.
"You weren't here on Friday."
"No, I slept in. My alarm didn't go off." He lied. His alarm went off. He woke up only to shut it off before going back to sleep.
"Ahha. How was your weekend?" The brunet asked.
Aki shrugged. "It was just another weekend."
"Anything exciting?"
Everything was a little too exciting, Aki thought but shook his head.
He caught the look Sam was giving him when he shook his head. He didn't believe him. This could be a problem.

Sam could have sworn it was Aki yesterday. The dark hair, tall, strong figure, his easy movements when he looked around. Maybe it wasn't him but it sure seemed like it.
The bell rang saying they needed to get to homeroom in the next five minutes or they'd be marked late. Sam padded along behind Aki since they were going to the same place. Aki moved with such ease his stride made it seem like he was going a lot slower than he was but moved farther.
Sam looked up at him, he couldn't deny he was attractive. His mysterious personality. His raven hair that looked soft to the touch. His simple style and few words that said everything. And his eyes. The blue and auburn brown contradicted one another. Why the male insisted on hiding them, he would never understand.
When they got to class, no one stopped talking as they got to their seats. Even when the bell rang they kept talking. They barely listened to the announcements.
Only when the teacher called them to attention to give her own announcement they stilled and listened.
"We have a guest speaker on Wednesday next week. And there will be a Unify Our School assembly on Thursday next week. So you'll go to your first class then come here.-" she went on and on till the bell rang. Sam almost wanted to cheer when she shut her mouth.
