• Chapter 7

Lucy's Pov

"Hey Lucy you look like crap." I heard Zoe voice out as she reached up to me.

"Thanks." I replied sarcastically ,glaring at her.

It's been an entire month since I received the news that he's coming back. Four weeks of restless night's, thinking if the next day is going to be the day I'll see him again.

I'm beginning to think it was all just a rumour going around.

I mean it's been four bloody week's and he hasn't shown up.

I don't even know why I'm stressing out so much. I should be glad he might not even be coming back, saves me time to be worrying about what's going to happen.

"So you want to hang out today after school. " I heard Zoe ask.

"How about we ditch after lunch?" I answered her question with another question. She gave me a weird look. Probably because I just offered to ditch class.

I'm not one to ditch often, but today I really didn't want to be in another two classes especially my last two classes. I raised my eyebrows at her encouraging her to answer me.

"Yeah sure, we'll let the guy's know at lunch ,yeah? See ya later love" I nodded and waved at her.

We were going to third block right now, which is English for me.

Due to the fact I've had basically close to no sleep,I fell asleep in class. The ringing of the bell woke me up. I had my books scattered on my desk and a couple of paper's here and there. When I opened my eyes everyone was already heading out the door.

"great" I mumbled to myself. I rushed to get as much of my stuff together as I could. Even though the bell had just rung I knew I was going be late.

I made my way out of the class walking as fast as I could , while stuffing papers into my folder.

I wasn't watching where I was going until I bumped into someone, making me drop half my stuff on the floor.

I bent down to pick up what fell without even looking at who I bumped into.

"Sorry I wasn't watching where I -" I started apologizing as I looked up but the person was gone.

Even though I didn't see the person I knew it had to be a guy. Their chest was too hard for it to be a girl's. I looked around but that didn't really help. I sighed and continued walking to class.

I finally arrived with two minute's to spare. I congratulated myself in my head.
I walked in and saw the last person I was expecting to see.
