Prologue - The Beginning
I look at myself in the mirror and realise one thing; I'm missing something. I'm missing something but I can't put my finger on it. What do I now that I'm living with my best friend? I hate this and I want to go back and live with my best friend.
I want to be in Australia where the blistering heat hits you at every moment of the day but I know I won't get that.
But I'm here with my best friend Belle. She is very beautiful and has brown curly hair. Her figure, is small and but yet so curvy at the same time. She has blue eyes with perfect shaped eyebrows. Her heart shaped face shows her imperfections and you can see that in his eyes.
Nevertheless, this year Belle and I are attending college for the first time. Belle is studying physiology whilst I am studying stage management in the music department.
"C'mon, Katie! Why aren't you excited about this?" Belle asks me as we walk into our new flat that morning. Belle is literally bouncing up and down and there's no way of stopping her. She's too excited. "Look at the place!" she says turning round in circles as we walk further in to the flat.
I chuckle and look around. At the moment, we have a lot of furniture already. The walls are red and the floor is brown with neat a wooden texture. The sofas are the colour cream and the pillows are black. We have a massive american fridge and a small circular table with three chairs.
We both start college in the morning and it's my chance to show Belle that I can really settle down and start to make friends.
