"Why are you keeping me here," Pierce yells at the door. His arms are tied firmly behind him caused him to fall over with his lurch towards the door. Betrayed by someone he thought was his friend. He hit him in the head as soon as he entered his home. "Shit," he yelled out as his nose pressed into the wooden floor. All that studying to escape with her to Earth ruined by some deranged idea of righteousness.

"It will be alright dear," Mrs. Galloway states tapping me lightly on the hip while we kiss the concrete. I want to snip at her, but know it is not her fault. I did this to us. Well, to me. The assassination of the queen went terribly wrong. I couldn't do it. I had her in the cross of my laser gun and I couldn't pull the trigger. Even when it would have saved so many people of my planet. "Mr. Galloway won't allow them to kill us."
"You mean kill you," I grumble.
"What is going on out here," Jon yells out as he appears in the doorway. "Are you insane, man, these are our friends. Inside. Everyone quickly now."
I start to get up keeping my eyes on the laser. Jon leans into Number One and whispers something while glancing at me harshly. Number One nods slightly. What could they possibly need to whisper in secret? Unless they have something malicious planned. I shouldn't go in there. I start slipping back towards the street. Number One catches my actions quickly and gestures towards the door with his laser quickly with a scowl. Mrs. Galloway has already essentially skipped into the house. I put my head down as I follow her in. Jon would never hurt me.
Mrs. Galloway makes herself at home in the sitting area. She takes some tea from a tea set on the table. She sits easily with a saucer in her hand and acts as if we weren't just held at gunpoint here. "So, where is my baby boy?"
"Pierce," Jon blurts out in anger before clearing his throat. "He's here somewhere. Adita, dear, would you be so kind as to go get Pierce for me."
"Of course, Uncle," an all too familiar bitter voice fills the room and my body starts shaking in fear. It's her. Lady Adita, the real one. She killed her mother and framed me for it and Jon has her in his home. Perhaps he didn't know of how she is so wicked.
"Jon," I whisper at him as I stay close to the doorway with Number One. I would prefer not to stay here long. I didn't want Jon to get any blame from the Intergalactic Police from harboring me here. "She killed her mother. We have to get out of here." Number One's frame blocked the doorway.
"WE are not going anywhere," Jon states. "Not until the press gets here. Then, you are tried and executed for the crime and Lady Adita here will rule her moon."
I glance at Grison in horror. He isn't the Jon I once remembered. This is not Jon my friend. "What do you get out of this Grison? What reason do you have to get involved?"
"Your money," Pierce groans as Lady Adita pushes him to the ground at Jon's feet. "Everything gets left to him if you die." He glances up at Grison in disgust and spits on his foot. Grison doesn't notice or is too busy gleaming over accomplishing his goal.
"I didn't leave it to him," I shake my head.
"Sure you did," Grison smiles at me with a laugh. "Your lawyer added it..... with some manipulation....... of course it turned out to be his last action ever before well...... meeting an untimely death. I thought your little friend was a nice authentic touch."
