Broken, Beyond Repair

~Chapter 19~

Jack took me by the hand and we walked. Just walked.

It was silent. All I heard was the wind blowing in the air. It was very soft, and since I wasn't technically focused on Jack, I got cold.

Me: "Are you cold?"

Jack: "Not really." He shrugged. "Are you?"

Me: "Nope, I was just wondering." I lied so he wouldn't have to give me anything to make me warm.

We got up to my door. Jack kissed me goodbye, and I opened the door to head inside.

Jack: "I love you. Remember that for tonight, tomorrow morning, and always." He smiles.

Me: "Yeah, remember the same for you." I smile back.

Jack: "Okay, and, wanna miss school tomorrow? Let's go out for lunch first, and do a beach bay? Maybe even include some shopping into that?" He looks nervous, but knowing I absolutely hate school.

Me: "That sounds like a ton of fun. Let's do it."

Jack: "Yay! I'll pick you up at 12?" He claps his hands together in excitement.

Me: "Sure. I'll see you tomorrow."

Jack: "Goodnight."

Me: "Night." I go inside and walk upstairs.

I get ready for a shower. I started the hot running water and took out my hair brush for when I get out. My face wash is in the side mirror cabinet, so I take that out and put it by the sink.

I take everything off and go into the shower. The water is nice and warm. All I'm thinking about is tomorrow. Ditching school for a day like that, with my number one, is all I want.

Once I finish with everything, I get into pjs and get on my phone. I update my snapchat story one last time, telling everybody goodnight. Next, I check Instagram, Twitter, and etc.

I put my phone down on the side table and turn off my lamp. All I'm hoping for is an unforgettable day of fun tomorrow.
