Chapter 3 - Coma

Narrator:

"I'm sorry to inform you that your daughter is in a coma."

"What?!, I thought she had woken up a while ago?." Odette's adoptive parents can't believe what they hear. Its not like Odette to be very ill.

"She was conscious and then she began to get drowsy and fell back on her patient bed. And when we tried to wake her up, she could not." Odette's mother is in tears because she doesn't know what to do.

"Will she be okay?" the mother asks with all hope.

"It's hard to tell, we won't really know until tomorrow because she just might wake up tomorrow."

"So you don't know how serious it is doctor?"

"My assistant and I can't tell what is wrong with your daughter. It is sad to say, but we found nothing wrong in her body at the moment. Although she said she didn't go to her last class at school because she had really bad stomachaches. Also, that her hands were shaking when she arrived home. That's all we know."

"Okay, thank you for everything doctor."

"Your welcome. Mr. and Mrs.Williams."

Mark P.O.V.

Master Derek hands me the necklace that is to be put on the magical creature.

"Don't lose the necklace." Master Derek warns us of course.

"I won't." I assure him.

"I know you won't." he smiled at the both if us.

"So when do we leave?" I want to go already, I am very eager for this assignment.

"You two leave, to night. That way you boys get there before the sunrises, also because you don't want to make a scene if someone just happens to catch you both flying." I smile. Of coursr, knowing Master Derek, he always gets his work done. And if the King wants the creature as soon as possible. Master Derek will make sure that happens.

*That night*

"You two have everything you need with you right?."

"Yes sir." I say because I have already double checked. Especially that huge backpack filled with American money. Must be very important if we really need to bring that much along with us.

"Umm Master Derek?" I am worried of one thing only.

"Yes?"

"How do I know when it's time to put the necklace on the creature?"

"Don't worry about it. I know you will figure out when it's time." he smiles warm smile.

"Well off we go now?" I chuckle.

"Off you go now." Master Derek chuckles.

He opens the door of our world. It opens to space, the outer space. And I see earth.

I lift off the ground with Jason and we both fly out the door. We start our journey to earth.

2 hours pass. We are just about to arrive, Jason and I enter the earth's atmosphere.

30 minutes have passed. Getting through the earths atmosphere was much harder than the rest of the journey here.

Earth, we made it. Lets begin.

"Jason."

"Yeah bro?"

"Where does the tracker say that it is?"
