Lucy frowned, her tears dried up for the time being. No one had came to see her yet.

Where are they..?

Why won't they...

The blonde gave a half-hearted growl, trying to ignore her own thoughts. She didn't need it. She didn't need her thoughts to consume her and eat up any hope she had left.

It's over...

She thought dryly as she glanced at the door. Lucy hissed softly, murmuring aloud.

"Come back.. please.. finish me.."

Don't leave me here..

I want to be dead..

Kill me..

At least then..

I'll be able to be with everyone else..

The blonde clenched her fists as her face scrunched up and another wave of tears overcame her. She was slowly losing everyone she cared about. She wanted them back. She didn't care what that meant. Even if it meant she would have to die, she wanted her friends. Her loved ones.

She wanted her namaka back.

Every last one of them.

"Are you sure, sir..?"

"Yes! Now let me leave!"

The pink haired boy exclaimed as he stood up from his chair. He was leaning heavily on a single crutch and his opposite arm was in a sling. A red haired girl stood next to him to make sure he didn't topple over. A blackette leaned against a wall with his arms crossed over his chest. He looked rather annoyed to the point of killing.

"Sir.. are you certain you'll even be able...?"

"I'm a lot stronger then I look! And besides, I feel fine! Honest!~ Now can I please go? I've been here way too long.."

Erza watched silently as the pinkette gave a forced smile to the nurse. The blackette kept looking back over his shoulder as if he expected someone to pop out and tackle him. She sighed softly, shaking her head as she looked between the two.

Men.. they're legit idiots when in love..

She gave a grin as the nurse sighed softly and finally nodded.

"A-alright, sir! Y-you can leave! J-just be c-careful, please!"

The pinkette nodded, grinning.

"No promises, but I'll do my best!~"

Without waiting for another word, the blackette turned on his heel and dashed off. The pinkette tilted his head, watching his friend disappear around the next corner.

"Where's ice-breath going in such a hurry..?"

"To see his own lover, Natsu. Come on. We better catch up to him."

"Wait.. stripper got a girl..? When?! How?! That's not fair!"

The red paused in her walking at the last sentence the boy spoke. She turned towards him, frowning.

"How is it not fair that Gray has found someone to love? You should be happy he's opening up to someone, Natsu."

The pinkette sighed softly and nodded as he wobbled up and past her. She let out a soft laugh as she watched the boy. He turned and glanced at her, pouting.

"Hey! It's not funny..."

"It is too, Natsu..~"

Erza murmured as she walked up to the boy and helped him on his way.

The blackette let out the breath he had kept in as he walked in. The brunette's eyes were shut as she laid in the hospital bed.  He rested a hand on her cheek.

"Kenzy.."

The brunette looked peaceful even though her body was many shades of black and blue. She had bandages cover different sections of her skin. The doctors had said that she wasn't likely to wake up soon. He sighed as he sat down on the bed next to her, resting his forehead against an uninjured part of her arm.

"Kenzy.. I.. please.. you just have to be okay.. don't.. don't leave me.. I can't lose you too.."

He frowned, tears glistening in his eyes as he continued to speak.

".. please.. you just have to get better.. I need you.."

Gray glanced up at her face sadly, leaning closer and brushing his lips against her forehead. He brushed her hair from her face lightly, turning as he heard the door open. A pinkette wobbled in with Erza in tow. The red head glanced over, giving a faint smile.

"How is she..?"

The boy's face darkened as he brushed his thumb against her cheek.

"She cut up badly still but all the bleeding is stopped.. due to how much blood she lost though.. the doctor said she won't wake up for a few days at the least.. but.. she's safe.. that's all that matters.."

Natsu gave a small smile.

"Don't worry, ice princess. We won't let her get hurt anymore. 'Sides, she's got you to protect her now."

"But I was there when it happened, flame-ass.. I watched her get hurt.. I couldn't move.."

"Because if you would have, Kenzy would've gotten hurt a lot worse, freezer-burn."

Gray gave a low growl, glaring at the pinkette with hatred.

"I still couldn't keep her safe. I was there. Standing there. I could've done something. And I couldn't.. just.. go away, blockhead.."

The blackette turned away from the pinkette, continuing to watch his lover. The girl still hadn't moved, her breathing shallow and slow. Erza sighed softly, resting a hand on Natsu's shoulder.

"Come on. I'm sure your mom wants to see you by now."

Gray didn't hear a reply. He just heard the click of the crutch against the tile and the click of the door shutting, leaving him alone with nothing but the constant beeping of the heart monitor. The boy sighed softly, playing with a strand of the brunette's hair.

"I love you, Kenzy.."

The boy sighed, closing his eyes and looking away. The brunette gave a faint smile, cracking open her eyes slightly. She opened her mouth, murmuring in a soft tone.

"I love you too, Gray."

The boy's gaze snapped up at her face. She gave a weak smile, trying to lift her arm but was too tired. Gray leaned forward, cupping her face with his hands. He breathed out, his breath hitting her face lightly.

"You're awake.."

"Of course.. couldn't leave you all alone.."
