Alexandra's/Manami's POV

Oh my god I'm freaking out. Why? BECAUSE I GET TO FINALLY MEET THEE NARUTO UZUMAKI AND KAKASHI HATAKE!! I mean Sasuke and Sakura too but...IT'S TIME!!!

Zabuza and Haku already know I'm leaving them once we're done with this mission. They just don't know who I'm leaving with.

We were in the middle of accepting Gatō's offer. I remember what happens. It won't come to pass. I won't let it.

"-mi-chan...-Nami-chan...MANAMI-CHAN!!!" Haku was shaking me, getting my attention.

"Huh? What is it Haku-kun?" I asked him. I must have zoned out. Oops! I did it again ;)

Instead of Haku-kun answering me, the midget tried hitting me. Oh hell naw. I'm having an overly fed monkey for dinner.

"Stupid girl. Don't you know you're supposed to listen to your superiors!?" Gato barked.

"I would, if there were any here in the room besides Zabuza-san and Haku-kun. Unfortunately, all I see is a bossy midget and his goons. But feel free to inform me when they arrive alright? Thanks" I sassed back at him. Hmph!!

He went to slap me across the face. I was going to block it but Haku beat me to it.

"Don't touch her." He warned dangerously calm. Like, even I was scared. That's some scary shit right der man!! 0.0

Gato snatched his arm back from Haku. "Such disrespectful brats. You're lucky I need this job done. Go. They should be arriving soon." He sneered at us.

"Gladly, you deformed version of Mickey Mouse" I said gladly leaving his sight.

Oh. My. Naruto!! It's Naruto!! Don't fangirl Alex. We're fake enemies for the moment. Act. Inhale. Exhale. Good.

"LOOK OUT!!!" Huh? Damn, did I space out again!? Cue facepalm.

"Uhhhh, Zabuza? Bro? You're facing the wrong way dude...they're over there" I said as I pointed them out.

"Well, well, if it isn't Zabuza Momochi. And who's this? I didn't know you had a daughter?" Bakashi said actually confused about the last part.

"She's not my daughter!! We don't even look alike!!" Zabuza retorted.

"Why am I getting ignored? I'm right here y'kno?" I said pouting. "And you didn't have to sound so defensive about it Zabuza-san. What if I saw you as a father? That would've hurt my feelings brah." I crossed my arms frowning slightly.

Kakashi's POV

So they're not related? They kind of look alike though. Oh well, I noticed earlier Naruto and Sasuke looking at her like she was an angel.

Hmm, I'm going to have to talk to those two later. They should know better than to ogle at the enemy.

But for now, I need to focus on Zabuza. Kami knows how tough of an opponent he is.

Zabuza's POV

I swear if those two shrimps don't stop eyeing Manami I'm going to kill them. Oh wait, I already am. Perfect.

"Take a picture, it'll last longer"

Honestly this girl. I don't know where I would've been if I hadn't met her. Yeah, yeah, laugh it up. The demon of the mist caring for the girl? Hilarious. Whatever.

I was about to tell her to shut up when the pink haired girl spoke.

"Who do you think are? Take a picture? Please you're not even all that pretty!! Just look at your skin. It's marred. Stop being so cocky!!" oh no...

Alexandra's/Manami's POV

This bitch ass...I used to love her in the anime but I guess too-tough-to-beat competition isn't her thing. Oh well.

"Who do I think I am?" I chuckled darkly. "No, no, no, no, no, you got it all wrong. You see, I don't think. I know. And I know I'm your worst fucking nightmare."

I circled around her looking at her menacingly like a wolf about to devour his/her prey. "Do you know me and my story?"

"No, but I could care less. I bet you're just snobby and cares only for yourself." She said, acting like she could take me on. HA!! I'll show her.

"No, I didn't think so. My skin is marred from the beatings my father gave me everyday because my mother left him. She fought for me but he won. He beat me. Everyday. Punch, kick, broken glass, lamps, knives, you name it. He did it all. So I ran away. You're jealous of the attention I get? Do something about it. Don't just insult."

And to decorate my beautiful speech, I topped it with a lovely punch to her face. Full force. She went flying.

"SAKURA-CHAN!! ALRIGHT, I KNOW WHAT SHE SAID WAS UNCALLED FOR BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN I WILL LET YOU GET AWAY WITH HURTING MY FRIENDS!!" Can you guess who said that?

I just stared at him. I finally meet my idol and we're enemies. TT^TT

I didn't notice Zabuza already fighting Kakashi while I was arguing with the pink haired bitch. Well then...

The fight went on while I kept dodging attacks from both foxy and ducky. Ducky would throw a punch at me, I'd dodge. Foxy would attempt to kick me, I'd dodge. I wouldn't attack, just dodge.

Eventually I heard a 'thump' and turned, earning a kick to the head.

"You're a back stabber. I turn around and you kick me? Wow, low blow brah, low blow" I told ducky shaking my head.

Zabuza was down for the count. Being a good partner, I acted appropriately to the situation.

"Zabuza-san!!" I ran to his side and teared up. "N-no...y-you promised...you said we'd get our happy endings...you'd finally relax and I'd live free of stupid missions like these ones. We'd be happy remember? WAKE UP!!" I started 'sobbing'.

Haku showed up, gave me his 'condolences' and vanished with Zabuza. Hey!! What about me!?

"Uhhh miss? Do you have anywhere to go?"

I turned to face team 7 only to see them all wearing different expressions. Kakashi looked troubled. Conflicted and exhausted. Sasuke looked understanding.

Sakura looked like she wanted to skin me and throw me into a fire after. Bitch. And Naruto, looked so sad for me.

He literally ran up to me and sobbed his condolences to me while hugging me tightly. That was until Skankura tired him off me saying I wasn't worth it. Ouch.

I told Kakashi I didn't have a place and he offered me to tag along, saying he'd keep Zabuza's 'promise' alive. He'd give me my happy ending.

I agreed and followed them to Tazuna's place and sulked. I didn't even get to say good bye...
