Mason's P.O.V
I looked at our new sister as she slept, her hair shifting slightly and revealing her black eye. I furrowed my brows before poking my brother in his thigh. He looked over at me as I motioned to her eye, his expression changing from a happy one to a dangerous scowl. I glanced at him as he whispered to me.
"Do you think we should question her about it later? Perhaps when she's a little more comfortable with us?" his hazel eyes stared into mine as I nodded slightly. He turned to look out the window when our sister began to mumble in her sleep.
"Nngh... No... I don't want it... I hate (Least f/c) things..." Her brows furrowed as she mumbled, when her face suddenly contorted into a look of pain. She hissed slightly and mumbled incoherent words other than "Stop dad" and "I'm sorry mom... It hurts". I frowned and looked at Lucas. At least we know who the culprits are now.
Y/N's P.O.V
"Hey..." a gentle push to my shoulder slightly startled me, causing me to wake up. I rubbed my eye's and looked around. I was sitting in the back seat of a limo. "Hnn...?" I groaned wearily and I sat up, almost forgetting about the twins that were sitting on either side of me. I looked at the brown haired boy, Lucas I believe? He smiled at me. "This is kind of embarrassing, but I don't think we caught your name earlier..." he giggled as he blushed slightly.
"Hm? My name..." I repeated groggily. Lucas nodded as he waited patiently. "Oh... My name's Y/N." I said as clearly as possible. He clapped his hands together before throwing his arms around me and squeezing me. "Aww! That's such an adorable name for our sister!!" he squealed as he nuzzled his face into my shoulder. "Wait, how old are you two anyway?" The question popped out of my mouth when I started thinking about the word 'sister'. "16, why?" Mason answered from behind me as he wrapped his hands around my abdomen and buried his face on my other shoulder. "Oh... so you're about a year older then..." Lucas gasped when I said this. "A younger sister?! Even better!" He let out a small squee into my shoulder as Mason rolled his eyes.
"Well, it looks like we're going to be reaching home shortly." He said as he glanced out the windshield. I looked out the front of the car and my eyes nearly popped out. I mean, this place was HUGE! It looked more like a Medieval castle than it did a mansion. Both brothers chuckled at my reaction, a pleased gleam in their eyes. "It appears you have taken somewhat of a liking to your new home, haven't you?" Lucas smiled at me maturely, a complete 360 from his earlier school girl squealing from a second ago. I blushed and nodded shyly, looking down and fiddling with my thumbs. A low chuckled sounded above me as Lucas planted a kiss on the top of my head. I felt my face erupt into flames and I slouched even more in a poor attempt at making myself smaller. Mason giggled from behind me.
"Aw look, brother. It seems our dear little sister is embarrassed." Mason's semi-deep voice floated next to my ear, causing my blush to grow deeper. Lucas hummed and placed his head on my other shoulder.
"It seems to be that way, brother. But doesn't she look adorable like this?" Lucas' voice, being just a tiny bit higher than Mason's, brushed past my other ear. Before I could react, both brothers kissed my cheek with a loud 'mwah!' and let me go, mischievous smiles plastered on their faces. They exited the car and nearly pulled me out with them, my mind spinning and my face set ablaze. They opened the front door and pulled me up the stairs and in front of a mahogany door with a rose gold door knob. They smiled at me as they waited for me to open the door. I grabbed the knob and twisted it, pushing the door open to a room probably as big as my parents' apartment. There were approximately three windows and a french door leading out to a balcony, maroon curtains were tied back by black ropes. The (f/c) canopy bed had silk sheets and white oak support beams and a matching dresser with a (f/c) rose design on the drawers. The walls were painted a sort of midnight blue color and the carpet a powdery dark purple. The colors were sort of mismatched, but it didn't bother me too much. After all, it was like my real personality compared to the way I dressed.
I dropped my bag on a black L-couch (I personally love the little corner :3) and looked around before smacking my shin against the Mahogany coffee table with a glass top. I inhaled sharply and sat down on the couch, massaging my knee and rocking back and forth. "That is Mahogany!" My voice strained as I spoke, the pain shooting up my leg easing up somewhat. Mason and Lucas each sat on opposite sides of me, brushing my hair back and gasping. I looked at them both, confused about their reaction until I realized I had some difficulty seeing out one of my eyes. "Crap, I forgot I had a black eye... What do I say?" I thought to myself, as they looked at me sympathetically. Mason suddenly stood up and I looked at him, closing my swollen eye. "I'll go get some ice for that, so just relax for now." He turned and left as Lucas studied my face, using his fingers to move my chin to get a better look.
"Tsk, that's a shame... You really do have a beautiful face..." he clicked his tongue disapprovingly before smiling gently. "But the swelling should go down in about 2-3 days." He stood up and held my hand gently, kissing each finger at the second knuckle. "For now, I'll leave you to settle in. However, once your eye has healed, how about some tea in the garden?" He asked me as he still held my hand near his lips. I smiled politely. "That sounds wonderful." He smiled approvingly and kissed the top of my hand before leaving as Mason walked in with an ice pack. Pressing it gently against my eye, he allowed me to hold it and he left as well. Sighing and looking around, I stood up and moved to the bed, carefully removing my jacket and combat boots before flopping onto the silk covers.
I stared at the canopy cover as I lay on my back, thinking about the things that could have been happening if the brothers hadn't found me. "For all I know, some drunkard could be trying to get in my pants right about now..." The thought entered my mind and I shuddered, forcing myself to think of other things instead. Eventually, I began to grow drowsy and I closed my eye, slipping into a dreamless sleep.
Lucas' P.O.V
"It looks like Y/N is asleep now, brother. Should we go find her previous residence now?" I turned to Mason as his green eyes seemed to gain an electrical spark. He smiled silently as he clutched the kitchen knife in his right hand, nodding firmly in reply. I turned back to our sleeping sister and whispered.
"Don't worry. We'll make sure they'll never hurt you again, our precious sister. After all, what kind of brothers would we be if we just let them live after destroying your beautiful face?"
