Y/N's P.O.V

I slowly opened my eyes, sitting up in the bed I was laid upon. I looked at both my hands, unknown designs and patterns ran up and down my arm. I stood up slowly and turned to the full length mirror that sat in the corner.

I had two HUGE wings protruding from my shoulder blades. The main bone areas were a (f/c) and the leathery skin in between was a (matching f/c) [I.E: black and red, silver and navy blue, etc etc... Depends on your colors]. On my head were Kitsune ears and a matching fox tail. Naturally, they were both (h/c), but the tip of my tail somewhat faded into my (e/c). I placed a gentle hand on them and they twitched at the unfamiliar touch. I gasped as I not only saw, but felt them twitch.

"Oh my.... What am I supposed to say here?" I played around with my new appendages, stretching and folding my wings. "Bruh.... This is sooo awesome." I pinched my arm to make sure I wasn't dreaming, and I wasn't. But something else hit me when I realized it wasn't: What would Josh and the twins say???

I bit my lip. "Ooh, what a time to be finding this out now..." I started freaking out internally, causing me to miss the three suspects of my thoughts that had been watching me for some time. I spun around quickly when they had cleared their throat. "You do realize we were here the entire time, right...?" Josh spoke up first, scratching his head timidly.

"N-no... Sorry. (Not Sorry!! Jk :3)" I rubbed the back of my head, trying to think of something to say. Mason cleared his throat. "Y'know... Even though you're like this, I still care about you. WE still care about you." He looked me in the eyes, never wavering, never faltering. I blinked at his words, relief washing over me slowly.

In all honesty, I was preparing myself for the worst, getting ready to be rejected by the twins who'd kill for me and the man who's die protecting me. Tears of relief flooded my eyes an I reached up to wipe them away, but 3 different hands had beaten me to it. They wrapped me in an embrace, being mindful of my wings and tail as much as possible.

I bit my lip, my eyes welling up with tears. In the end, I really saw how much their loved shined through for me, no matter the outcome.

A/N: Sorry for the short chapter, but I'm working on some surprises for my readers, as I promised to you all. Not only that, but I feel extremely determined to start writing again after a few days of brainstorming, so I wanted to finish ASAP.
