Choice E: Hold onto Josh

Y/N's P.O.V

I held on to Josh's arm, the twins brows furrowing slightly when they saw this. Josh turned his glance towards me and smiled before returning his glare towards the now halted twins.

"Why won't you come back to us, Y/N? Why do you love that imbecile?" Lucas crossed his arms and sharpened his gaze at me, Mason doing the same. I swallowed and tightened my grip around Josh's arm as he began to speak up.

"The reason why she's with me is because, unlike you, I can treat her right. I can give her something that you two obviously won't allow: Freedom to do as she pleases." He pulled me to his chest and held me close. His heart was at a calm pace, but it slowly began to increase as time went on. The twins chuckled darkly.

"What makes you say that? We can give her everything she wants and more. After all, she only wants us. Right, Y/N?" Mason looked at me as he finished his sentence. "I....I don't want to live with you two anymore. You tried to kill Josh!" My voice was timid, but clear enough for them to hear.

The twins' faces contorted into a look of pure anger and they were about to charge when a sinister, almost teasing chuckle erupted from the shadows.

"Hehehehehe~ Very loyal to your Prince Charming, I see. Well Y/N, I suppose you have been keeping this a very interesting battle." The figure that apparently owned said laugh began moving around as it stepped out of the shadows and into the light....
