Y/N's P.O.V
A (above picture) figure emerged from the shadows, carrying some sort of medical kit. He kneeled down next to her and opened his kit. Her eyes twitched at the sound and they opened slowly.
"Oh h-hey Tyler...." Kyoki's voice was weak, the pain obvious in the quivers and cracks if her sentence. He placed a gloved hand on her forehead.
"Don't speak yet. Not while you're like this." He silenced her and pulled out various jars of herbs and salves. He began mixing them, his hands glowing a faint green before he began spreading it around the blackened areas of her skin. Her eyes flew open and she began straining against her screams, her back arching slightly.
"Easy Kyoki.... Relax..." 'Tyler' placed a hand by her forehead and she forced herself to relax despite the obvious pain she was in. Eventually, the black, almost burn-like marks began to disappear. Once they had all gone, she coughed violently and a chunk of black phlegm the size of a football emerged from her throat.
" *cough cough* T... Thanks Ty." Kyoki panted out, rubbing her throat. Tyler nodded and disposed of the black wad into a curious looking bag. "No problem, sister." I choked. "Sister!?" I mentally shouted. "Does that mean you're a Rivers too?" I asked. He nodded.
"I don't know how much she explained to you, but I'm an angel. One of 6 angels in the family of 12, including myself and Kyoki." He pointed to her as she sat up, groaning and stretching. I looked at them, their faces slightly similar to one another. "We're not meeting them all, are we...?" Josh asked quietly and Kyoki shook her head .
"No, most likely the two of us. We're here to make sure you don't screw something up and move away from... Designated endings." She looked away slyly. I cocked my head to the side.
"Designated endings? What is that supposed to mean...?" I shrugged my shoulders and looked at Josh and the twins. Kyoki began speaking again.
"Well, for now, Kei and I will be heading back. See you later." She waved and walked back into the shadows, Tyler trailing not too far behind.
"... Well this was certainly more eventful than planned..."
