Rachels pov :
Its been 1 month since we found out Finn nor I could donate one of our kidneys to Emily because of her kidney cancer. Everyone we know has gotten tested but no matches have been found . I'm starting to wonder if maybe I should give up. I was in the hospital room with Emily when she said , "Mommy?" I took her hand , "Yeah baby?" I asked her. "Am I going to die?" She asked me. "No of course not." I said. "But what if we can't find a match ?" She said. I kissed her hand and said , "Listen to me Emmy , your daddy and I love you very much and we are not going to let anything happen to you okay." I said. "Do you think this is Gods plan?" She asked me. "What do you mean?" I asked her. "Do you think Gods plan was to do this to bring us together?" She asked me. "I think that God does everything for a reason and honey, I don't know why God is doing this , but I do know that he will get us through this ." I told her. "How? " I asked her. "There are just some things a mother knows ." I said. She smiled and then suddenly she started to cough , "Emily?" I said . She started to cough harder and then blood came out of her mouth , "Somebody help!" I yelled loudly . Suddenly all of these nurses came rushing in with the doctor, "What happened?" He asked me. "She started to cough and then suddenly she was coughing blood!" I said scared. "Emily , Emily can you hear me?" The doctor asked her. "Please help her!" I yelled."What happened!" Finn asked me rushing in . "Somebody get them out of here!" He told the nurse and she pushed us out . Later I was in the church at the hospital sitting there waiting for Finn to hear from the doctor . I closed my eyes and put down my head , "God are you there? Its me Rachel, I know it's been a while since you heard from me but I need you my daughter she's dying and I need you to save her , I can't loose her." I said. "God , please answer me . Please just give me a sign that everything is going to be okay. Can't you hear me God? Can't you hear me praying , begging for you to help her . Are you there God? Can't you hear my crys? Why did you do this to her ? Why her? Why not me ? That little girl is so innocent ? So why do this to her? Why her? Why my sweet angel? Can't you here me ? Can't you hear me pray? Help her God dammit! Help her get better! " I yelled furiously at him. Suddenly I bursted into tears and sobbed . Then somebody put their arms around me. I looked and it was Finn. "Why won't he help her ?" I asked him sobbing . "I don't know." He said. I looked at him and hugged him crying , "Shhh... its okay." He said. "Its not okay Finn , our daughter is going to die." I said. "No she won't I won't let her be taken away from us I promise." He said. He held me tightly and said , "I promise we're going to find a way to help , I know we are." He said. "I know we are." He repeated .
