"Dawn where do you want the cribs?" Christian asked her.

"Om like in the very middle. I want them on both sides of the dresser" Dawn watched as Christian moved everything around. She gave him directions as she sat in the rocking chair in a far corner.

"Mama helping you through the night?"

"Not sure. I hope she does. I really don't want to burden her. I feel like a disappointment as is. Bad enough I had to move back home." Celeste sighed and continued to pack the baby bag.

"You can't keep blaming yourself." Christian put up the shelves on the wall as they talked.

"It's hard not to Chris. I let my guard down and it backfired. I can't believe I have to do this alone." She finished one bag and started to pack the next.

"Honestly it may be best for a while. You not alone though. You got all of use. Anthony need help thought and that's something we all can agree on."

"He does but how can he leave me with nothing and think that is alright?"

"That's my brother and all but I can't side with him. That shit was fucked up. You about to give birth and everything. Next time I see him he gone get the hands."

"Now I have to figure out how I'm going to pay mama back. This is too much for me." She sighed and stood up slowly.

"You got this sis. Stop stressing so much." Christian smiled.

"I hope so."

"Hey baby you ready to go. I need a back massage. Your daughter is killing me." Moniece walked into the room glowing.

Dawn smiled at her friends. The way Christian looked at Moniece was beautiful. It was like all he could see was love and pure happiness. Dawn smile dropped when she thought about the last conversation her and Anthony had a month ago.

*Flashback*

The bedroom door opened and in came Anthony. He walked into the closet and pulled out two suitcases. Dawn sat up and watched his every move.

"Where are you going?" She asked as he started to pack his belongings.

"I need some space."

"You get that twenty four seven. How much more space do you need Anthony?"

"All the space I can get away from you." His words stung her.

"What did I do to make you act like this? Like seriously all I have ever done from day one is-"

"Look I'm fucking tired about hearing what you've done for me. I asked for one fucking favor and that's it. I really didn't ask for that. You freely handed over the money. Everything else you did was because you wanted to. Don't keep throwing that shit in my face." Anthony seethed.

The smell of alcohol started to linger in the air. Dawn decided to choose her words precisely.

"Anthony just talk to me. I don't understand what's going on." Dawn held back the tears that heavily kicked at the back of her eyes.
