🎃 Fate Perkins - Nov. 1, 2015
It was five o'clock in the afternoon by the time Harry had woken me up, startling me as his fingertips softly graze my exposed arm, occasionally finding a strand of hair to twirl around his finger. I laid there for three minutes, loving the feeling of his chest against my back - enveloped in his warmth, until he realized that I was awake.
"Good morning, beautiful," he murmurs into my ear before pressing a kiss on my hair. His arm wraps back around me, ceasing his movement of touching my skin - which caused goosebumps, might I add - so that he can touch my hand.
"Hey," I greet back softly turning around in his grip to meet his eyes. I look at the clock behind him that hung on my wall and laugh lightly. "Actually, more like 'good afternoon'."
"Good whatever as long as you're here." He grins, leaning down to press a kiss to my nose. Though it was a very cheesy line, I couldn't help the blush that appeared afterward. When he meets my eyes again, it's obvious that it's hard for him to stop smiling. He sighs. "I could get used to waking up beside you."
If I didn't have the fear of morning breath I would've planted on him right then and there. Instead, I scoot closer to him, tucking my head under his chin.
"Well isn't this just the cutest thing." Our moment is cut off by two presences by the door, the voice belonging to someone I have the luck of being best friends with.
Both Harry and I sat up quickly, our eyes settling on the couple that consisted of Liam and Blake smug grins plastered onto their faces as they take in the scene before them. And to be honest, it probably looked worse than it actually was. Harry was shirtless and my hair was a bit unruly than usual.
"I ship this quite a lot," Liam pipes looking down at Blake to see her nod in agreement. He meets my eyes, clearly sensing my discomfort. "Farry? That has a nice ring to it, don't you think so, Fate?"
"I hate you," I tell him with a glare. Harry's arm wraps around my shoulders, instantly calming me down. It didn't help that I was still peeved from what Liam had done to me even if it was Blake's idea to do so.
"I love you too." He grins before looking to Harry. "Oh, and you're welcome mate."
Not soon enough, the 'Farry' shippers leave us alone in the room. What does he mean by 'you're welcome'? When the door closes softly behind them, I turn to Harry with raised eyebrows. His right index finger is on his lip, clearly signalling that he's hiding something. (I've never hung out with him to know this characteristic but it was clear as day that this was the 'move' he does when he's hiding something.)
Feeling the weight of my gaze, Harry turns to me with bright green eyes and a nervous smile. "So what had happened was..."

Not my favorite at all since I was just plowing through writer's block but I hope you enjoyed it and can't wait to see their story come to a close in 3 chapters and an epilogue!
