Hush Hush-Joshaya

Part 1

I hope you all like this chapter and the following ones will be longer and better I promise...

It was a cold winters night in Phillidelphia,a petite blonde sat at a piano in a quaint bar preparing to play it.Maya had been away from New York for over a year now and ever since she had arrived she would go down to the bar on the corner of her street at night and entertain the customers and make a little money.She had made friends quite easily at her new high school but none of them compared to Riley,Farkle and Lucas.Not even slightly.

She took a deep breath as her fingers brushed over the piano keys and started her 2 hour slot at the bar.She would go there every single night and either perform covers of songs or on special occasions perform her own songs.At the end of every week she would collect her money and save it up for the future.That was the type of girl she was now.Maya began to play the beginning chords of 'Hello' by Adele and shortly after began to sing along.She continued like that for the rest of the night and smiled as she came to a stop.She could feel herself getting better but hated to admit that she may be even remotely good at something.

"Hey kiddo you did great out there tonight.A record label even came to watch you but they had to leave before you finished so they gave me this business card to give to you.Told you that you were good didn't I?"
Joe,the bar owner greeted Maya at the bar with the card and her money for the week.
"Really?Thanks Joe where would I be without your Eh?"
Maya jokingly pushed Joe off the bar and then slid into her coat.
"Have a good night now kiddo amd be careful crossing that street...,oh yeah and it seemed you had a fan tonight too.A lad came in dropping something off and saw you and stayed for a good hour just focusing on you.How about that?"
Maya chuckled slightly at Joe and then walked out onto the street.The good thing about only living a minute or so
away from work was that she didn't have to stay out in the cold for too long.

As she set off Maya felt a presence behind her but when she turned around to check no one was there.Probably nothing Maya.Come on don't be a wimp,don't be afraid of some idiot out on the street you are nearly home.Maya walked the last few steps to her apartment building door and began to reach for the handle when a hand stopped her.

"Maya,..oh gosh I thought it was you in the bar but I didn't believe it till now.Its been like a year hasn't it since we all last saw you?.......wow.......well you sounded amazing back there.....like wow....what are you doing in Philly?"

Hello peeps.
So this is an unexpected book that I suddenly thought of writing.
Who do you think is the person who is talking to Maya?
It is quite obvious in my opinion.
