Part 12

Maya sat on Riley's couch inside her apartment.It had been exactly two months since they had made up and they had spent every breathing second together,Riley even went to the recording studio with Maya.Maya was currently dieing of laughter due to the story Riley was telling her.
"So.......you actually........threw a........drink over Lucas' head.....when he....tried....to apologise...."
Maya could barely breathe and Riley was trying to keep her face straight so then she could continue the story.
"Shut up Maya let me continue.He tried to blame me for the argument that we had and then he tried to apologise at the same time.He is so stupid honestly maybe if he just apologised like a normal human being then we could go back to being happy and dating again.Its been two months and I miss him."
Maya had stopped laughing by this point and had composed herself again.
"Well how about you stop being so stubborn Riley and actually let him speak without you always fighting back."
Riley glared at Maya and then slumped down in her seat,preparing to text Lucas so then they could meet.
"Oh whatever.I'm always on your side when you complain about Josh."
Maya rolled her eyes and stood up.
"And I'm gonna take that as my exit cue and go to Josh's room because you need to clear whatever the hell you have up with Lucas.Ba byeee."

Maya knocked onto Josh's door lightly and then walked in.
"Hey beautiful,what's up I thought you were hanging with Riley today?"
Josh gestured for Maya to come and sit eith him on his bed.She pounced ontop of him and they began to kiss.
"Nah she got boring with all the Lucas drama so I decided to come to you."
Maya spoke through kisses to Josh but he turned causing Maya to kiss his back.
"Wow thanks for making me second best."
Josh pretended to act hurt and pouted at Maya.
"Okay,okay how about I make it up to you by us going out tonight."
Josh's face creeped into a smile.
"Well now that you mention it I did have two tickets for the art exhibition at the MET tonight and I was going to just take Riley but since you're offering."
Maya slapped Josh playfully on the arm and then used all her force to turn him round.
"Really?You actually have those tickets for the art exhibition that I have wanted to got to since I was a kid?"
Josh could only nod before being attacked by Maya's lips again.
"Thankyou,thankyou,thankyou,THANKYOU!!"
"I love you Maya Hart."
Maya stopped and stared at Josh in shock.That was the first time he had ever said I Love You to Maya.What did she say back?She did love him but the words wouldn't come out.

Maya got up and walked out of the room,then out of the apartment,then out of the neighbourhood.
Then out of her mind.

Wow that last sentence was pretty deep.
Comes from deep down in my soul I think.
