The return-4 months ago
Maya sat on the bus,head leaning against the cool window,sunglasses on,silent.She was massively hungover from yet another party that she had attended with Mark.Since the first time and the incident with Josh,Maya tried to be a lot more careful with what she drank and always made arrangements for someone to pick her up afterwards.Eventhough the feeling afterwards was awful,Maya loved the adrenaline of alcohol pumping through her system.She made sure that news didn't get out that she was partying every night that she had off and didn't have to perform the next day and she also made sure Katy and Shawn didn't find out.Maya didn't know what would happen if they ever knew what type of person she was turning into.
"We're here now so you can get up and put on your best act."
Lucas was the one who had to sort Maya out today.They passed it along in the group and it just so happened that he had the unlucky job of making sure Maya didn't look hungover and didn't act hungover.Maya looked up from her daze and sighed as she grabbed her bag and walked off of the bus.She winced at the brightness of the New York sun and then saw that her mother and Shawn were eagerly running up to her.
"Baby Girl we have missed you so much.Your manager said that you did amazing and that last concert of yours was brilliant.I'm so proud of you."
Maya shrugged off the hug she was given by Katy and walked passed them into the house.Katy gave a questioning look to the rest of the group who were getting ready to go home but they just rolled their eyes and looked to Lucas.
"She didn't get much sleep on the ride back.It's been a long and busy few months."
Lucas awkwardly smiled at Katy and Shawn before walking back onto the bus and leaving them still stood outside,concern growing on them.

"Maya please talk to us.Did something happen when you were on tour?Honey what is wrong?"
Katy had sat leaning against Maya's door for a good hour,curious as to what was making Maya behave in this way.Maya had been searching all social medias for parties that were going to be thrown.After all it was the weekend before school was to begin again and she presumed most people would be throwing parties to forget about school.She had succesfully found one that was being thrown by someone in her grade at school and was getting ready to go.There was no way that Maya was going to spend her Saturday night locked up in her room trying to avoid her mother's questions.
She emerged from her room with her usual party etiquette on.Katy looked at her daughter,half in shock and half in relief.
"Sorry mom for being all grumpy I just didn't want the tour to end and school to start.Is it ok if I go to this party one of my friends from school is throwing.......Riles and Lucas will be there so I won't be alone"
Maya put on her best smile and gave Katy pleading eyes,hoping her mom didn't see through her lies.Katy didn't know what to do.Maya was a teenager and weren't teenagers meant to go to parties?
"Fine you can go.....but you have to be back before 12 and no and I mean NO alcohol."
Maya gave her mom a smile and then walked out of the apartment.Sure no drinking.Whatever.Maya was an addict.

Maya fell through the door of her house.It was 3 am and she was beyond drunk.Not only was she 3 hours past curfew,she had also drank the most alcohol she had ever consumed in her short history of parties.To top it all off Maya walked straight into the apartment to be met with a room full of people.Katy,Shawn,Lucas,Riley,Farkle,Cory,Topanga,Her manager and Joshua.
"Oh shit."
Maya didn't hear what was said next,it was all a blur.She knew for a fact that her mom now knew about the long list of parties that she had gone to and Shawn and Cory were very disappointed in her whilst Josh just sat silent,staring at anything but Maya.
"Just go to your room.We will continue speaking about this when you wake up......I just don't know what to say."
Maya walked out of the room and heard something that broke her heart.

"Josh are you okay?"
"No..........Maya has gone."

And then....

"It's all my fault.I'm such a terrible mother.I hate myself."

This has taken me all day to write because I have been to preoccupied with the release of Taylor Swift's tour dvd and also All Time Low cos All Time Low are just amazing....
