Part 17

Maya walked out of the school doors with Riley,Lucas and Farkle by her sides.They had just had their last day of high school until the autumn.Summer was just beginning and they had all made a plan to go on a road trip together through out the whole of summer.Josh and Smackle were going to join them and they had rented a camper van that was a good size to fit them all in.Maya had a list of shows to perform for the summer due to the incredible success of her album and the group were going to go with her to everyone.Anything to support Maya.

"Thankyou for being so great to me at my first show........I will never forget you guys and thanks for making my career happen."
Maya walked off of the stage with a smile plastered onto her face.She had just completed her first ever show and the concert was sold out.It wasn't the biggest place but it was enough for Maya.As soon as she walked down the last step Maya caught Josh's eye and then made a run for him.
"You did so fucking amazing!!"
Josh caught Maya as she leaped into his arms.They rejoiced in a long kiss which was interupted by Josh getting a tap on the shoulder.
"I hate to break up this little celebration but Maya we need to get you ready for your meet and greets if we want to make our dinner reservations in time."
Riley politely smiled at the couple before pulling Maya off of Josh and into the dressing room.

The group where sat in a restaurant eating their celebatory meal.It had been a long day for the lot of them and they could rewind by eating food.Josh,Riley,Lucas,Farkle and Smackle had all gone to watch Maya at her first ever show.They where staying in Washington for a few days until they had to change city for their next tour date.
"So what are you planning on doing tommorow?"
Maya didn't enjoy silence that much so she decided to break it and start up a conversation.The group replied in a series of small remarks,too busy eating food to really care enough about what Maya had said.
"Well thanks guys I feel so appreciated right now."
Maya sarcastically answered them all and rolled her eyes before going back to her food.
"Gosh diva much?"
Josh looked up at Maya and playfully lifted his eyebrows before breaking into a laugh.The continued like that until the meals were finished
"Okay well im just gonna go back to the hotel because I am tired anyway.Seya all soon."
Riley,Maya and Smackle left the group and went back to their hotel rooms to enjoy some girl time together.
"Gosh,Girls."
It was Lucas' turn to make a remark about the group.The girls rolled their eyes to dismiss him whilst the boys let out small chuckles.

Time skip to Christmas....5 months later.......
Maya stared at the glass infront of her.It was her 6th shot of the night and she already knew it would not be her last.She looked up at the t.v to see an article playing about her.It was talking about how in just short of a year the show business had changed her and had sent her down 'the wrong tracks'.It wasn't her fault that she couldn't handle all of the pressure of going back to school and maintaining a normal life whilst also becoming more successful.It wasn't her fault that Josh had left her so then she could get better.It wasn't her fault that drink was now her best friend.
"What the fuck has happened to me?"
Maya turned her attention from the screen back onto the shot.She closed her eyes and drank it down in one go.
"Here goes nothing."
She left the money on the counter then walked out of the bar, completely brain washed and drunk.
What had happened to her?

I just confused the shizzz out of myself guys.Like I was not planning on maya to become an alcoholic and her and Josh to break up and everyone to leave her.It just happened.Sorry if u dont understand this.I aslo hope you like the new direction this book is taking now.The next chapter will explain more don't worry.
