Arwen's POV: I continued to laugh as Kate's powers began to send us across space, Gilbert's loud voice still commenting on how awesome and great he and his little Gilbird are. He stuttered in surprise at the sudden intruding green glare. "Vhat's going on?!" I patted him on the shoulder to comfort him and I gave him a smile.

"Don't worry Gilbert, we're heading to my house. Well, we're technically heading to my amazing country, but still..." I trailed off as Gilbert's face registered cation. "Is something wrong?"

"Not really... but how do jou know my human name?" My stomach dropped and my heart shot into my throat. Shit... I felt my jaw clench and my brain went in several directions at once. We hadn't spoken to any of them personally at all yet, and they can't figure out that part of our past right now. It would only make things more complicated at this point. I had forgotten that they didn't know we knew their human names. I heard several very colorful words fly through my mind head as I noticed Sadik, Heracles, Roderich, and the others staring at me warily.

"Well... I guess you already know that we know a lot about you. We...studied? No... that's not the right word..." I sighed and put my head in my hands. "Can I explain this later?" I didn't need to look up to feel their eyes drilling into me. I wanted to turn away. To hide. But I knew I couldn't.

Straightening up I met their eyes, letting stubbornness cloud my gaze along with something I knew they wouldn't be able to decipher. Mostly because I hadn't figured it out myself quite yet. We all knew this wouldn't be easy, but when we decided to split up I knew this would turn nearly impossible. I have a job to do now though. I refuse to give up.

All was silent, my eyes staying connected with Gil's as a long period passed. Then he looked away for just a second. But it was enough. I reached out my hand, putting on my best confident smirk as a feeling of uncertainty overpowered the tension in the room. "Trust me, for now at least. You won't regret it. I won't let you!" I saw Roderich and Elizabeta exchange glances of suspicion and Gilbert looked back at them. Then, after a slow nod was passed between him and Roderich, Gil's eyes returned back to me. The look that they held made my heart skip a beat. Or maybe I should say couple beats.

Red eyes stared into my own. It felt like he was looking at me and baring my body and soul for all those around us. Shivers ran through my spine and my knees started to feel like jelly, but I didn't look away. Gradually Gil's hand came up and wrapped around mine, flooding my body with a tingly warmth. "I'll trust you. For now." His voice was firm but I beamed at him anyway. I shook his hand with a force, making his serious eyes turn comical for a moment.

A shuddering feeling made everyone, except me, shift their feet, all of them trying to keep their balance. A feeling of calming peace fell over me, making my confidence grow tenfold. "Welcome to Arkayia."

I'm home.

Prussia's POV: This girl is either crazy or irrational. She reminds me of me. When the floor began to shake, Arwen held firm, her pale hair barely moving in the now present breeze. The green light grew unbearably bright around her, causing me to squeeze my eyes shut. A moment later a strong burst of warm wind nearly pushed me over. Then several soft sounds brushed across my ears. Birds chirped and leaves rustled, warm winds making me feel kinda uncomfortable in my business suit.

I felt a tug on my hand, followed by Arwen's voice, which held poorly hidden amusement, "You can open your eyes now Gilbert." I peeked out from under my eyelids, the sight before me making them snap open. In front of us a large gate, over ten feet tall, stretched and twirled in intricate patterns around a large, two story mansion. The building itself was two stories tall and made of dark mahogany brick, the walls clear of any vines or over grown plants. Off to the side of the property was a group of bushes which lead to a rose decorated overhang that disappeared into growing shadows. A few yards into the yard a good-sized fountain sat, water cascading out of two lion heads. I focused back on the gate where, directly in front, one on each side, were two rearing horse statues. At the top, the sight making my eyes enlarge, were German flags, gently flapping in the gusts of wind.

"What do you think?" Arwen's voice was filled with childish excited. I couldn't answer at first. It was-

"It's a beautiful property, but why are there German flags on top of the gate?" Asutria's matter-of-fact voice made me want to slap him and tackle him at the same time.

"I'm a Germanic country, so I think it makes sense. I don't see a problem with it." Austria looked somewhat mad for some reason, but before he could say anything I pulled her attention towards me by tightening my grip around her hand.

"It looks great Arwen. You have awesome sense of taste." I hadn't noticed, but she had been staring at me in anticipation for a while now. I felt my face start to flush and quickly turned my face away as her own face lit up with joy.

"I'm glad you think so, cause this is where you'll be staying for now." She glanced down at our entwined hands for a moment, sadly, "I need to open the gate now..." I swiftly released her smaller hand, feeling a tiny bit of remorse at the action.

"O-Of course..."

She stepped forward and set that same hand against her gate. I watched as the muscles in her arm and hand tensed for a minute before the gate swung open without so much as a creek. She turned back around and gave us all a beaming smile, and something in my chest did flips.

"Welcome home!"
