Slow down.

Grab the wall.

Wiggle like you tryna make yo ass fall off.

Hella thick. I wanna smash em all now,

GAS PEDAL.

I turned down my radio as I pulled into my apartment. I cut off my car and got out. I couldn't help but notice a big ass UHaul parked beside my spot. I'd be lying if I said I was surprised. Niggas move in and outta here like it's nothing. I just hope they weren't like the people who lived there before. Needy ass people. "Can I borrow yo fridgerator?" "I can borrow yo microwave?" "Spot me a hundred. I'll pay you back when I get my check!" Ol' Worrisome ass folks. I REFUSE to have a repeat of that shit.

I walked up to my door and unlocked it. When I walked in the house, I saw exactly what I expected. NoNo layed out on the couch with his hand in his basketball shorts. The TV was still on and there was food all over the place. Bum ass.

I didn't even bother waking him up. I just went into the kitchen and started on dinner. I had to make up for this morning and this shit was gonna take all day.

Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, collard greens, and candied yams. I saved the ice cream and cookies for after dinner. I made sure that I made enough for NoNo, Nicey, Anya, and I. Plus extra for the late night munchies.

Before I woke up NoNo, I called up the girls and told them that dinner was ready. I was surprised when Anya said that her grandma was letting her out the house to come over. They don't like her leaving the house unless it's school or to go pick THEM up something.

After I cleaned up NoNo's mess, I finally woke him up.

"NoNo, you better wake up before all the food is gone," I whispered in his ear. This nigga jumped up so fast, you would've thought that I told him the house was on fire. I had to grab his ass before he ran to the table. "Uh uh!!! You gotta wait till our company gets here for that!" I popped his hand

"What the fuck, Mini?! I ain't ate shit all day and you gone make me wait for somebody that I most likely couldn't give 4 fucks about!!!!?" No this nigga did not just throw a 21 year-old tantrum.

"Sit yo ass down and wait till they get here!" I yelled as I pointed to a seat at my dining room table. I swear sometimes I feel like he's my son instead of my big brother. Don't get it twisted, now. He will get on my ass quick, fast, and in a hurry if I get out of line.

"You need to tell yo company to hurry the fuck up, tho," he mumbled as he pouted like a little kid.

"Don't worry, Nicey and Anya should be here any minute," I said with a little crooked grin. His eyes damn near lit up the whole room when I mentioned Anya's name. He never admitted it but deep down inside that nigga had love for Anya. Every time she brought over one of her boyfriends when he was in town, he would go in his room and act all pissy for the rest of the day.

"Oh. Anya coming? How she been?" he asked.

"She been a little messed up since Ms. Sasha but, you know. She been trying," I said.

"Oh. And Nicey?" he asked dryly

"Nigga, you know she still crazy and ghetto as hell!" I told him. He only asked about Nicey so I wouldn't be suspicious that he asked about Anya. Epic Fail.

I had just finished setting the table when I heard a knock at the door. I touched up the table and went to go answer it.

"Nah, I got it," I heard NoNo say.
