Keegans pov.
I woke up and got ready for school not wanting to go after what happened yesterday. I got in my car and left. I parked my car and went to my locker. I saw Michael standing at Embers locker.
Michael-hey Keegan you okay?
Keegan- Yeah I'm fine
Michael put his arm around me.
Ember- I swear I'm gonna beat the living crap out of him today.
Keegan- Ember it's ok don't even try you'll get yourself killed and its not like he new anyways.
Michael- she has a point.
Ember- are you gonna tell him about...you know...
Keegan- My mom?
Ember- yeah
Keegan- I don't know. Should I?
Michael- you might wanna if he asks about it but don't tell him straight forward.
Ember- yeah that would be weird.
I saw Adam walk by us and he stared at Michael's arm around my shoulders the whole time and then he glanced at me. Michael saw how Adam was staring and took his arm off me.
*eighth period*
The teacher. Mr.David was in the middle of a lesson when Adam was flirting with some girl and Mr. David yelled at him and made him sit by me. Mr. David told us to work with our partner on a worksheet and whoop-dee-doo my partner was Adam.
Adam- I think the answer is 67 to problem two.
Keegan- uh- um...
He chuckled but it was a sad chuckle. At least it sounded like it.
Keegan- Yeah it's um 67.
We did our work and finished early so I started to read my book and Adam went back to talking to his friends until the period ended. I went to my locker but I didn't see John, Evan, Michael, or Ember. I didn't even see Adam and his locker and its right next to mine. This is weird. I walked out to the parking lot to see Adam standing by my car. I walked up to him.
Keegan- what are you doing here?
Adam- we need to talk...About the other day.
Keegan-um yeah well-
Adam- Keegan
He he took a big breath in and exhaled.
Adam- I'm sorry I didn't know that whatever I said made you mad and upset and I'm sorry that I made you cry.
He said it really fast but it sounded like it meant it.
Keegan- Wait how did y-
Adam- I kinda followed you and Ember out of the cafeteria and I saw everything.
Keegan- so you were stalk-
Adam- yes and I'm sorry for that too.
Keegan- you need to stop and let me finish what I'm saying.
Adam- I'm sorry.
Keegan- it's ok I mean I might have over reacted...
Adam- Yeah you did.
I slapped him and continued.
Keegan- but I have a really good reason why I did that.
Adam- what is it?
Keegan- it was um my uh...
Adam- there is no good reason is there
Keegan- no there really is but I just never mind.
Adam- tell me
Keegan- no it's none of your business.
Adam- Ok fine your right we will leave that subject be ok?
I nodded. I can't tell him. I barely know him. I don't trust him either.
Adam- so I have a question.
Keegan- Ok what is it?
Adam- can you give me a ride for like the rest of the week cause my car is in the shop.
Keegan- uh yeah.
We got in my car and I dropped him off and I found out that he doesn't live that far away from me.
Adam- Thanks for the ride.
Keegan- your welcome.
Adam- so pick me up in the mornin?
Keegan- uh yeah?
It came out as a question.
Adam- Yeah see ya tomorrow.
Keegan- Yeah see ya.
He got out of the car and I drove off to my house which was like five minutes away.
