Links POV
I felt my hands loosing the grip off Rhett and I fell. Air was rushing by me as I fell at probably a quite high speed. I closed my eyes even tighter, hoping for it to be over. My stomach turned was again and I felt I was about to be sick again. But I never where and just kept falling.
I opened my eyes once everything had slowed down again. I looked around me and found myself inside the digital chamber. I opened it and saw Rhett still in suspension. I sat up and buried my head in my hands. What the heck had just happened? I went over to look on the device. I turned it on and it politely asked me to enter the PIN-code. I sighed of relief, we had actually successfully cured it. It also surprised me that we managed to actually do it.
" Hello? " I asked and looked around.
There was no one here. The clinic was empty. I couldn't hear anything but the life support systems for the chambers. The quiet buzzing stopped and I saw Rhett opening his eyes.
" Link? " He asked and stepped out.
" That's me. " I answered.
" Where is everyone? "
