Aureylian's Chance

Aureylian was not allowed to take part the challenges, but she would be involved in another way. Guude had requested that in her spare time that she design and tailor celebratory robes for the participants of the Kings Challenge. They were to be made with navy material and hemmed on all edges with red silk. The final three will have special robes, hemmed with bronze, silver and gold silk signifying their overall placement in the challenges.
This thrilled her, and would give her the chance to prove that she could tailor for the future king. This was her dream, to tailor royalty and design flamboyant clothing for events and parties.

Wedding dresses, suits and ball gowns.

She was woken by an angry customer at her stall. She had been waiting for several minutes to have a dress fixed and hemmed. But Aurey could care less.
All of her time was hopelessly wanting to be devoted to a better cause.

She took the woman's dress and apologised for the wait and quickly went to work. She returned the dress and gave the woman a discount for her troubles. Aurey immediately wrote a notice on a piece of paper, advertising a job for another tailor. She then went and gave one to Jeff to read at the town meeting, this is how it read:

Assistant tailor required. Full time.
May be needed to work alone on some days.
Potential owner of business later.

"Aurey, can I ask why you're advertising a tailoring job?" Inquired Jeff.
"I want to pursue my dreams, Jeff, I want to be the royal tailor" she replied gleefully.
"You wanna be in on all this change too huh?" Asked Jeff, questioning her motives. "Jeff, I love my job, but I feel like I can achieve more. I want to see what I can do, see how I can challenge my self. I'm a hard worker, you know that, so I know I can do this" Aurey said with a strong, confident voice. "Good luck, and I'll notify the town tomorrow" Jeff happily told Aurey as she walked towards the palace gates.
"And good luck with your endeavours, someone will come along to help you and kick things into motion" Jeff's words rung in her ears as she waved goodbye to write a job application for the king.
Aureylian began to daze off...
