A couple of days later, lines got passed out and the Exo members were now working on the vocals and recording their new comeback song, Call Me Baby. Several of them came up to me, thanking me for the generous amount of lines. Especially D.O, Chen, Baekhyun, Chanyeol, and even Sehun. "I actually have lines guys!" He exclaimed to everyone, every day.

Kai came up to me later than everyone else did. "I don't know if you had anything to do with my lines. If you did... Thanks."

I nodded. "I fought for you and Xiumin at the meeting."

"I just can't believe they're having me singing now."

"You're getting better," I said.

"But Xiumin..."

I shook my head. "The vocal coaches kept arguing that he struggles with control of his voice."

Kai shook his head. "That's shit. Xiumin is underrated."

"I know."

"Oh, but Suho hates you now. What does he have, two lines?"

"That wasn't my fault. Blame the vocal coaches," I said.

"Right." Kai looked serious. "I feel bad for how bad I've treated you. I've been a horrible person, and you're not that bad."

"Really?" I asked. "Are you apologizing to me?"

"I guess I am. Xiumin didn't hate you so much until after everything went down. He thought you were pretty and nice."

"Really?"

"Yeah. And I screwed that up. I'm sorry."

"It's not like anything could happen," I said. Even if Xiumin still liked me, I couldn't date him.

Kai nodded. "Anyway... Thanks again for what you've been doing. You're not a horrible manager."

I later had a meeting with the stylist team and Kim J. Every member had their own stylist. "Filming for the music video and teasers is in a month," Kim J said. "We need new looks and lots of freshness. Please no more rainbow hair. Let's leave that in 2013."

"I'm thinking about green again for Sehun," Sehun's stylist suggested.

Kim J exhaled. "You know, you are very close to being fired. Let's keep him with the natural hair color. He was complaining that his hair was feeling like straw. We don't want him bald, now, do we? Amelia, write that down. Keep Sehun the same."

"Curly hair is in all over the world," one stylist spoke up. "I'm thinking about giving Chen a perm."

"It would make him stand out, and give him a fresh look. Okay, let's do it," Kim J said.

"I'm thinking a simple haircut for D.O," another said. "Reveal the eyebrows. Nothing too obvious. Everyone knows who D.O is anyway."

"Good, good."

"I'm thinking Lay should go blond," another suggested.

"Xiumin a dark blond - and shaving the sides."

I was in my room catching up on emails when some of the boys burst into my room late that night. "What the hell, Amelia?!" I first noticed Chen. He looked furious. "Look at my hair. LOOK AT IT. It looks like noodles! I basically have an afro!"

"I had no say in that," I defended. "Blame your stylist."

"If you can't find your straightener, you'll know where it is," Chen said, leaving my room.

"He loves it," Kai said to me. I looked at him and my jaw dropped. I don't think hair is supposed to look like that...all greasy? And I wasn't a fan of middle parts on guys, but I guess it was a thing in Korea and China. The truth was, Kai did not have good hair for this comeback.

And then, things got bad. "Amelia," Baekhyun said one morning, coming into my room. "Sehun won't leave his room. He said he can't do it."

"What?" I asked, getting up from my desk and following Baekhyun into Sehun's room.

I saw Sehun sitting against the wall, just staring and looking lifeless. I joined him on the floor, sitting by him. "Sehun, what's going on?"

He just shook his head. "I can't do this anymore."

In the corner of my eye, I saw Xiumin come in and stand in the doorway, watching. I gently put my hand on his arm. "Why not?"

Sehun scoffed. "I'm not any good. It's so exhausting. And I can't get out...I'm stuck here. I would leave if I could."

"You don't want to end up like Kris and Luhan," Baekhyun said.

Sehun made a face. "Free? Yeah, I do."

"Sehun...listen. You're going to be okay. Life will get better, mostly because you're very determined and have so much potential. Everyone sees that. You're going to get more lines in the future." I exhaled, feeling like I was going no where. "If you go to the vocal and dance practices, I'll take cardio and the private practices out of your schedule."

Sehun looked at me. "What?"

"I will."

"But I need those."

"And you need a mental health day. I want you to get better."

Sehun slowly nodded, and slowly stood up. "Thanks, Amelia."

I nodded in return and Xiumin lingered behind as I locked up the dorm rooms. "I think you did well in handling Sehun," he said.

I didn't know if he was being real or not. "Do you think he'll be okay?"

Xiumin nodded. "Every few months he crashes. Every manager is awful to him about it, but you were really patient with him."

I shrugged. "I took a couple of psychology classes at university."

"Well, obviously you got something out of it," Xiumin said, walking down the hall. He then stopped, and faced me. "Did you have anything to do with my hair?"

"Uh, why?" I asked.

"Because I really like it."

"I mean, it was more like agreeing with Kim J and your stylist on it."

"Oh, okay," he said. "See you later."

I exhaled, and walked to my office. I just wished he would like me as a person. That's all I wanted.
