The morning light filled the room and Kaya opened her eyes. Thomas smiled to her. He was exhausted, but he was still there, still holding her hand.

„Hi," whispered Kaya. „So glad you're ok."

„I'm so glad you're ok Pumpkin," he smiled.

She smiled more, he called her Pumpkin through whole primary school, but this nevre made them any less than best friends.

„We need to go frog hunting again, once I get out of here," whispered Kaya.

„Sure," Thomas kissed her hand.

„What would you do without me?" Kaya looked at him.

„I don't know," he laid his chin on her bed.

He was so tired he barely kept his eyes open.

„Breackfast, oh Kya, glad you woke up!" Dylan entered the room with more snacks and two cups of coffee.

„You would still have him," Kaya smiled to herself.

Kaya was getting better. She spent a lot of time in the villa with Thomas. Zero hired a man, that scanned and tried every meal Thomas had, the boy and he started to fell like a prisoner in his own house.

Zero also escorted him to the theatre for every rehersal. Dylan tried his best to be around him, but Zero had no trust towards the boy, so she took over the lead in guarding. Thomas felt so lonely and lost. Zero came in whenever he tried to spend some time with Dylan and he hated that. They had few stolen kisses in the back of the garden or in the car from time to time, but that was pretty much it. His mum was also everywhere and Thomas felt like drownig. Like there was no ari left.

So on Sunday he spoke to Kaya.

„Can we go to the garge?" he asked.

„Rally, I don't know if it's safe, it's in the middle of nowhere," she said.

The garage was a building in the middle of the woods, where he worked on his motorbikes.

„Please, no one knows where it is, only us," Thomas smiled.

"Ok," she got up. "I'll bring my things."

„Kaya, I just want you to bring me there, and leave me there alone, I need to think," he looked at her.

„Oh," she was shocked.

But she agreed.

Now he needed to go past Zero.

"I'm staying at Kaya's tonight," he said walking downstairs with his back packed and his motorbike jacket on.

„Is her house safe?" asked Zero.

„We're going to our hideout, only we know about," he tried to sound convincing.

„The price got up agian, so maybe you should stay at home, I'll must check on something and can join you later this evening," she said.

„Dylan can..."

„We disussed Dylan," Zero cut his off.

Thoams lowered his head.

"How much?" he asked.

„Twenty five million," Zero took her gun and checkd it. „Stick to Kaya and keep this safe, it's our little secret," she put the gun in his hand.

„I don't know," he said.

„When I'll come back I'll teach you how to defend yourself," Zero walked past him.

Seconds later she slammed the frontdoor shut. Thomas looked at the gun. Would he be ever able to use it. To hurt or even kill someone. He shivered and hid the gun in his backpack.
